A good way to see the ancient sites. - Our guide was knowledgeable and personable responding well to our questions and attentive to our safety and well-being. His English was fluent and as well as history we discussed Greek and European politics and society. The segways were well maintained and in good condition with storage space for our valuables and the water the company provided. The safety helmets had been cleaned and sterilised prior to use. The communication headsets were comfortable to wear and allowed us to hear the guide clearly without interference. The tour took in the Acropolis, Mars Hill, the ancient agora, the Roman agora and baths and the Olympic amphitheatre as well as Byron’s memorial and interesting back streets. Occasionally streets were crowded and progress a bit slower.

HIGHLY recommend this amazing experience! :D - This experience is without doubt a "20" on a scale of 1-10 --- it was one of the absolute highlights of our entire trip to Greece! We were greeted by a friendly and highly organized staff, offered refreshments, lockers for our belongings and excellent training by Anna- Maria and our tour guide, George. Better yet, George's vast wealth of historical knowledge, helpful nature, and area expertise made our 3-hour tour absolutely and I do mean 💯 percent ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The attention to detail prior, during, and after the tour was second to none. Every single person on our tour noticed this. George, you are AMAZINNNNNG and Anna-Maria, you are AWESOMMMME. Thanks so much for such an incredible experience. We will never forget it!!!

A great way to experience Athens - We are travel agents and make effort to do Segway tours as often as possible and available. We felt this was perhaps the finest Segway experience that we've had. George provided us with a great opportunity to view Athens from a different perspective than we've previously experienced. It was also a very good idea to stop for refreshments and dessert during our tour. This was an excellent execution of a Segway tour by virtue of the selection of route, tour stops, well presented details, caution for safety and an upscaled feeling of being treated by the Tour company to local beverage and dessert. George took care to prepare the galaktoboureko for us to self serve and enjoy. We will certainly advise our clients to book this tour.

Most enjoyable just not in the heat - Best! I have a custom in every city I come to to do a Segway tour, doing so for years as a city owner and place in the world. Segyourway Athens have proven to be good and excellent! We arranged a tour for 15:00, we paid 64 euros for a 3 hour tour. They sent us a taxi to pick us up from the hotel, when we arrived we were treated to a fizzy drink, the guide gave an explanation of the tour. We were given an audio system that allows us to hear the guide's explanations without having to stop near each and every site. During the tour the guide gave us a break at a local cafe, ordered us coffee, water and all-inclusive dessert without having to pay extra (we were really surprised). The Segways were new and each Segway had a camera installed with which to take pictures. The place is very clean, keeps all the rules of the garden. The guide was very professional. Definitely recommended! Worth every euro. * NOTE * On hot days it is advisable to transfer the tour time to the morning or evening hours it is very difficult to carry out the tour in the afternoon in the heavy heat.

Best way to see the highlights of Athens - Fantastic experience! George, our guide, was great, he was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He answered questions, made sure we were comfortable on our Segways. The locations we saw were all great. The stop for snacks was a wonderful surprise, quaint little cafe with delicious dessert and drinks. So glad we booked this tour!

Easy, effective and fun (but a hot day!) - The Segway was a surprisingly effective way to get an overview to the major sites on a very hot summer day. I wish we could have found shadier spots to stop when our guide was relaying site information or if we could have kept moving to keep the breeze moving. We did the tour on our first afternoon and I thought it was a great overview. We did this with our 20 year old daughter and 14 year old boys and everyone enjoyed it. I recommend it!

Quality of Segway... - Quality of Segway equipment was top notch as was our guide. Partway thru the the tour we stopped for a refreshment and treat that was wonderful. What was NOT wonderful during conversation at stop, the person next to me said she was not vaccinated which was very concerning to me. Stop should not take place if vaccination status is not enforced. The last part of tour is thru a VERY crowded pedestrian area that should be avoided.
