Highlight of our trip - This tour was one of our favorite parts of our trip! Maelle was an incredible tour guide, super engaging and helpful, the tour in itself is very interesting as it really sparks an interest and intrigue of how women moved in ancient times. We learned so much and days after the tour we kept on discussing the themes and the characters that we learned about. It’s a very special tour for those who want to learn a bit more of Ancient Greek life.

A pleasure and a luxury to have found this tour. - Amazing! Wonderful and knowledgeable tour guide, interesting stories that I would never have encountered were it not for this tour. It also felt intimate and the Culture Hunters´communication and attention to the details of the tour were spotless. Could not recommend enough!

Untold stories of women in Ancient Greece - We did a Women in Ancient Greece tour. Maelle was our guide. It was a very small group. It was absolutely fascinating and eye opening. Very highly recommended. We got to see locations of historical significance that were outside of the main attractions and we would never have known about them. Maelle painted a picture of the lives of so many different types of women in Ancient Greece and their largely unfold stories. One of the best things we did in Greece.

Great personalized tour of Athens - I took a tour about Women in Ancient Greece and our guide Maelle was fantastic. Even though I had done a tour of the area around the Athens and Roman Agoras, this tour took me to other spots and added to my understanding of Athens. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience - 5-star - What can I say? Apart from that we loved the visit!! Maelle is an exciting woman and passionate about Greece who manages to pass on her passion to us. We took a private tour at 2, Maelle took the time to visit us and it lasted 2h30. We learned a lot about the role and place of women in ancient Greece. Thank you to her for this great time, I gave this to my boyfriend for his birthday who is a great enthusiast of ancient Greece and frankly he loved it! We made the visit in early July, take water and cap!!

Highly recommend - We loved our tour. Maelle was so knowledgeable and nice, and kept the interest of our 3 kids throughout the visit. Unique Perspective on Ancient Athens--Everyday Life - Excellent tour! We strolled from site to site with a fascinating commentary about the little-known women who influenced the most famous men of ancient Athens. From festivals, to mythology, to politics and scandals... Maelle from Culture Hunters really knows her stuff and makes history very down to earth and interesting. This is a tour that anyone could enjoy... easy walking, lots of information, and even a perfect after-tour lunch recommendation! Highly recommend.

Women in Ancient Greece Tour - This was a wonderful and educational tour. Visit educational, unique and inspiring - Thanks to our guide for this educational and inspiring tour. It was really a special moment. She gave us a unique and often overlooked perspective on history. She knew how to highlight the role of women. It was fascinating. She has in-depth knowledge of the subject and is truly passionate. This guided tour is a must-do experience for anyone interested in social and cultural history.
