Excellent and informative tour - Thank you so much, Henry, for an informative and enjoyable tour around Atlanta. Your knowledge of the history was excellent! We would have loved for you to join us for dinner after to keep teaching us more! The back drop of the leaves were beautiful, your knowledge was excellent, and much of the content was sobering. Thankful for those who stood up for injustice, may we all do our part to make the world a better place.

Atlanta History Tour - Loved hearing the history of the Civil War and Civil Rights as they pertain to Atlanta, according to our guide. We also enjoyed seeing Plantation Houses, preserved as they were when they were in use. The Martin Luther King National Historic Park was amazing--letting us see and hear videos of actual events as they unfolded. We got to hear a talk inside the Ebenezer Baptist Church as well. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in history. Our scheduled tour that day was cancelled, and we feel we got a better deal with this tour. A well-spent day.

Get Out of Town! - Henry was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Four of us took this tour while our spouses were at a conference and it really fit the bill: got us out of the city and into Georgia and Atlanta history. The tour provides bottles of water. Just be prepared to bring your own snacks as there is no lunch stop. Thank you, Henry!

Atlanta - Civil War, plantations and Civil Rights tour - Our guide Henry was amazing. The trip covered the history of the Civil War, learning about plantations (we visited two) and the Civil Rights movement with a particular focus on Martin Luther King. We had an in depth discussion with Jodie, the on site guide at Barrington Hall (one of the plantations). It was a detailed history about various aspects of plantation life and of the Civil War in general. I would definitely recommend this trip and our guide Henry whose manner was friendly and engaging and depth of knowledge was outstanding.

Entertaining and Informative tour with plenty of historical discussion - I loved this trip for all the content and the color Henry brought to the locations. He supplied the history, the back stories on the participants as well as his own take in the lasting effects. It covered so many aspects that the 5 hours flew by. We had some great luck getting to watch the cannon firing at Kennesaw. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to see the bigger picture and how things that happened 175 years ago are still playing out in today's society. I traveled as a solo and Henry went out of his way to help customize the trip to meet my expectations.

A Worldwind tour - Henry, the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He was able to provide lots of insight into the topics. It was easy to talk to and was able to sense our interest in various topics. They are always a bit overly ambitious in that we were not Able to view any of the videos at the museums and historical sites. We also spent only a few minutes in Martin Luther King’s church and felt a bit uncomfortable walking out midway through the talk. We probably would’ve spent more time in the museum and skipped going into the church completely if we had to do it over. As we were more interested in the Civil War history than the plantations, we probably would have spent more time at Kennesaw Mountain.
