A Worldwind tour - Henry, the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He was able to provide lots of insight into the topics. It was easy to talk to and was able to sense our interest in various topics. They are always a bit overly ambitious in that we were not Able to view any of the videos at the museums and historical sites. We also spent only a few minutes in Martin Luther King’s church and felt a bit uncomfortable walking out midway through the talk. We probably would’ve spent more time in the museum and skipped going into the church completely if we had to do it over. As we were more interested in the Civil War history than the plantations, we probably would have spent more time at Kennesaw Mountain.

Great Overview - Great overview tour of Atlanta with Henry! We learned about the founding of Atlanta, its history of the Civil War, and the Civil Rights. The time flew by, could have had more time in each place!
Thanks Henry!

What the history books should include - I purchased a Civil War tour for my parents when they moved to Atlanta, and they had such a fantastic time with Henry that when we came for a visit, I had to do the same. We started with the Civil War, but focused mainly on civil rights for the rest of the tour. Henry was incredibly informative and his insight is all things that need to be in the history books. It was a thought-provoking and emotional tour. I could not recommend this tour, specifically guide Henry, more. Enjoy!

Having a guide is far better than touring on your own - Great tour and great guide. Our guide was very knowledgeable and personable. The tour was great on its own, but I give additional thanks to our guide for going above and beyond to have successfully engaged a friend who initially had less interest in a historic tour. (This is one example of personable) For one example of knowledgable-in the museum, our guide pointed out things we would not have noticed. I observed people not on our tour who overhead his conversation with us and started following behind us at times to take second looks at things that had been pointed out to us by our guide. (For example, our guide knew to open drawers to show and discuss things that we would have otherwise missed). Too many examples to list, but I enjoyed the tour and recommend to others.

AWESOMEST HISTORY EXPERIENCE - First of all Henry was the best guide. He knew his history and was informative. He was very kind and so pleasant and entertaining. We felt as though we walked back in time and can feel all emotions with our hands on experience of this history. To actually be where all of this happened, was very eye opening. This experience was the best to learn more about our history. We recommend this for all and hope that your eyes and heart will open more just as ours did. A great reminder for all: Be respectful. Always be kind. We're all human, nobody is perfect. Learn from mistakes.
