Mystery Picnic Midtown - I’ve lived in ATL my whole life and this is the first time I’ve tried these wonderful restaurants. This was a great way to celebrate Valentines Day. My boyfriend and I had the best time figuring out each clue. It put us outside of our comfort zones in the best way and the vendors were so nice!

Best way to spend the day together - These are amazing. My husband and I have done several: Midtown, Roswell, Helen, Dahlonega, and even one of the at home events. These are very well put together and well organized. The clues are fun to solve without being too hard. The food is always delicious and we are never able to finish it all day of. We did the Helen one this past Nov 2023. It was beautiful and a wonderful way to enjoy the fall weather and mountain scenery. The Midtown one is great and only requires minimal driving- you walk the rest of the way. Pro tip for Midtown- grab a bird scooter and enjoy the beltline. We have found some really great gems in our Mystery Date adventures and we still go back to those places now.

Value for money?? - Got a present for a 'Mystery Experience' Premium level. Selected to have this experience on the Mornington Peninsula, Vic on a Saturday in Feb22. Well, somewhat under-whelmed was the feeling I had at the end. To visited several spots, we had to solve some puzzle with somewhat difficult to understand instructions (room for improvement!). At these destinations we collected food-items eventually amounting to a picnic (good idea), however these collections bar one were rather slim IMHO. A small honey-comb at one, a slightly stale Croissant, preselected form a croissant speciality shop (why can't I choose my own??) together with a small coffee (Premium package??). Two small (Premium Package??) bottles of Apple Cider with a bag of freeze-dried apples ....The one positive, indeed outstanding spot was a Food store which provided a very well presented variety of food stuffs (well done Red Hill Pantry!!). As we were on the Morn Pen, a well-known wine area, I would have expected a bottle of wine from the hundreds wineries we passed on our travels, but alas another room for improvement opportunity. As I don't know the cost of our package, I do wonder if the value provided was commensurate ..... well, I somehow doubt it. This appears to be a new-ish concept so I hope lessons can be learnt and things will improve. Until then I recommend to carefully check the value-for-money proposition.

They don’t tip. They don’t care about their partner companies. - The company never leaves a tip on the orders. People work hard to make the food and the company fails to compensate the staff of their efforts.
