Segway fun - Our trip was for my sister’s birthday. John was our tour guide. He was the best. Our trip was about 8 miles. We were new to riding a Segway but caught on very quickly with the help of our guide.

Best segway day ever - This is the first time my family and I had ever been on a segway tour and we had a blast... Loved that the Instructor was very patient with us and made sure we were properly trained before we hit our tour... The instructor not only
was funny but he did well on giving us the background of the places we visited... the world of coca cola, the Mercedes Benz stadium, the centinnel park and other there were other places... We did the 1.5 tour and it was so worth it he also took the time to take pictures of my family at the places we visited . Would highly recommend so much fun you feel free when ur on one of them

Perfect experience - It was an incredible experience to have John as our guided tour and teach us in a very professional and comfortable matter how to use the Segway and our tour become the best tour I have ever done in a city

Great tour - Jet was a great tour guide and fun to be with. He was very knowledgeable of the area and a great tutor when we were learning how to use the Segway. It was easier than we thought.🤗

Not a great tour guide - It was ok but our guide, Jett, didn't elaborate on Atlanta history. I feel like he knew very little about Atlanta. The Segways were fun but I'd recommend a different guide.

Dissatisfied with customer experience with rescheduling of the tour - Dunno..Could never take this tour as we were struggling to find a parking spot closer to the meeting location & had informed ATL Cruzers of the delay. We checked with ATL Cruzers to see if they could wait for us but they suggested that it wasn’t possible for the group to wait but they could hopefully reschedule our booking to a different day. I followed up multiple times with various customer care executives from both Viator & ATL Cruzers to help with the rescheduling or process a refund with no luck. (Neither ATL Cruzers nor Viator were co-operative in rescheduling the tour to a different date or processing our refund of 138$ requested.) We’ve used multiple third party travel websites / tour aggregators in the past & folks have always been very accomodating and flexible with the rescheduling option or at the very least processing a refund for a tour not taken. Alas! We could never experience this with ATL Cruzers or Viator alike. I’m really disappointed & taken aback by this experience. I’m afraid to recommend this tour to others new to this city! You are better off exploring Atlanta on your own :)
