Good value for money - I went to Hard Rock Cafe in Atlantic City for dinner with a voucher I bought on Viator. I was able to order from the Acoustic Rock Menu A 2-Course menu. The choice of entrees included Legendary Steak Burgers, Sandwich’s or Salads. The drink options are Unlimited coffee, one tea or one soft drink. The dessert is a brownie with ice cream, chocolate syrup and whipped cream. I’ve never seen a desert the size of the brownie it would have served 6 people lol. I ordered the Original Legendary Steak burger and it came with seasoned fries. The legendary steak burger is listed on the regular menu as $21.99. The hot fudge brownie is listed as $13.99. I’m not sure how much the unlimited coffee costs but it’s Atlantic City probably $6.99 or so. Overall I thought the $38.50 voucher was a good idea. You should definitely print it before hand. My waitress was very sweet and accommodating. I highly recommend this experience.

Good Food and Lively Atmosphere - The food was great- tasty burgers and crispy fries. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is very clean with a lively atmosphere.

HIT OR MISS, BUT WE ALWAYS GIVE THEM A CHANCE..... - Stopped in Friday night to celebrate my husbands birthday and we were seated outside within minutes. Our server was the best, fast, friendly and totally honest. We asked if the ribs were falling off the bones and he gave us a honest answer and said he did not know how they were.... Ribs here are hit or miss for tenderness, we decided to try them and they were prefect, sloppy, messy and fall off the bone just the way they should be. Both decided on a Hurricane for our drink. Since it was my husband birthday, our waiter brought out a sundae for him with a candle lit on top. We decided to go back in on Wednesday night for a lite meal and decided on the Margherita flatbread to share. We had this once before and it was ice cold, but we always give them a second chance. This time it was cold, not much flavor and very bland. Would not get this again, very disappointed with the flatbread....

Lovely - I go every month of the year every other week Christmas, New years, Mother’s Day, Birthdays and Weekends. Most of the time it’s just a place to feel free and excited

A Memorable Birthday Celebration at Hard Rock Cafe - I chose the Hard Rock Cafe through Viator to celebrate my husband’s birthday, despite a hiccup with the reservation process for Fridays and Saturdays. However, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us, setting the stage for a fantastic evening.
Our waitress was outstanding, ensuring our experience was flawless from start to finish. The food surpassed expectations, so much so that my husband forgot about the brief interruption of a fire alarm during our first course!
Despite the unexpected interruption, the staff remained composed and even joined in singing "Happy Birthday" to my husband, making him feel incredibly special. His satisfaction was evident when he declared he had no complaints—a rare feat indeed!
Overall, our experience at Hard Rock Cafe was delightful, thanks to the attentive staff, delicious food, and the extra touch that made my husband's birthday truly memorable.

Unprofessional management and amateur hour staff. - I went here with my parents and my son. We have been to this location before in years past. I have never seen the restaurant under such poor leadership. Although I don't work in restaurants anymore, I worked in them for 10 years and have a MS in Hotel/Restaurant management. I have a pretty good grasp of what it takes to run a restaurant correctly. This location is like a ship without a rutter. The restaurant is very clean and from the entrance the chefs and the back of the house crew looks on point. Approaching the front hostess, we received no greeting and were told they would text us when the table was open. The restaurant was about 25% full. Waited over 20 minutes to get a text! Food was fresh and typical Hard Rock fried food which all the food came out at the same time. The waitress seems to have never been told to put in an appetizer order first then the main course after bringing the appetizer. This is restaurant 101 stuff! My mother ordered a chardonnay, and we were told they "Ran out". My mother asked if they could get some from the 'casino" and we were told they are not affiliated with the "Hard Rock" casino. Really? As a waitress you should go all out for your customers. Not the greatest experience....

"CAFE NO GO" - On 8/5 me and my family went to the Cafe, we were seated at table 412 at around 7:50 orders were taking the entire order was put in so we would get the food around the same time. That didn't workout and no apology was offered, at 9:10 food still weren't out. I spoke to the manager all she did was pitch in and started getting other orders out, I than spoke with another person that was over her any case he was more concern with covering the cost, I could careless about the cost when the service is so bad. This ruin my 63rd bday and the waitress had comments instead of resolutions for the screwups. This is a "NO" for me, the seating time for this isn't worth the HORRIBLE service.

Terrible service - I’m sorry but I was here on 3aug2024 , at the cafe. We were seated and I get the wrong drink and then I am told they did not have what I wanted so they made me something else on top of that I waited 30 min for my food. When I was trying to pay for the soda that was ordered I was just told don’t worry and leave. It was the worst experience I’ve had in here at the hard rock in Atlantic City. Not only did I not get what I wanted and food I waisted close to a hour of my time. I would strongly recommend that who ever reads this not go there. They need to work better to accommodate the customer.
