Fun fun fun - What a great experience! I was a little disappointed because of the rain but it went away after about an hour of being there. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! They walked you step by step thorough each activity. They made you laugh and made it easier to have fun. We had the buggy which was fun to ride together. The zipline wasn’t too bad because I am afraid of highest. The tequila tasting and the cenote was the best! The tacos were ok but missed the American way with cheese salsa and sour cream. Overall, great trip would highly recommend!

VIP was the way to go! - We upgraded to the VIP package and it was completely worth it! It was a full day of activities and the tour guides were so friendly. Pablo was amazing and answered all of our questions and took all our music suggestions. We had plenty of drinks, food, and I would love to do this excursion all over again. I'd recommend bringing cash with you because with the VIP experience, you get a tequila tasting and I recommend buying one of the bottles to take home. Also tipping is always welcomed and the staff there deserves it!

Buy photos at your own risk - The overall excursion was fun and my family enjoyed themselves. The guides were friendly and kept the energy up. My biggest gripe was our photo purchase. The photographer explained we could buy one pic for $20 or all 136 for $117. Of course the latter sounds like a better deal, so that was what we purchased. He airdropped the pics to our phones and we went our separate ways. There was so much going on with the weather, I didn’t get a chance to look at the pics until I got back to my hotel. As I scrolled thru the pics I noticed the same pics 2 or 3 times. I asked my husband if he noticed the same thing or did my phone just not receive all the pics. He confirmed he had the same few pics I did. We may have had 15 to 20 different photos. This is definitely not what we were sold. I’m not sure if this was a glitch or if this is how they scam tourists. I will say look at all of your 100+ photos they are trying to sell you before and after they airdrop them to you.

Amazing ! - Okay I’m going to tell you everything you need to know! AMAZING EXPERIENCE! bring a small bag because you will get muddy and wet from ATVs but you will get a chance to change or clean up before the other activities . You get 2 free tacos at the end (delicious). There is a camera man that will take 50+ pictures along the way and you will be able to purchase at the end so don’t worry about having friends take your pictures. The only downside is the long commute but every thing else 9/10!! Also pictures are $89 for all of them ! Or about $20-30 per pic so just split the cost for a full package so you and your friends can get all of them

Rainy awesome time - I planned this excursion for my sister, her friends and I. We were at first disappointed that it was pouring down raining but that did not stop the fun. The staff were great as far as our tour guys. However, I did not appreciate that the folks who were trying to get us to upgrade our package was very dismissive to us when we did not want to upgrade. I also noticed they did the same thing to the other group in front of us who happened to be on the same van as us. I understand people have a job to do but you do not have to be rude because someone does not want to pay extra money. Besides that the experience was good and my group favorite thing was the AtV’s even though some folks in the group vehicles died and we’re not working.

Long afternoon - The activities were fun and the staff was friendly and helpful. The total time of the activities may have been 2 hours. The main problem was the transportation, it was great they picked us up at our resort, at 12:45, but it took an hour to get to the site. What was strange was that they picked up other people last and they got dropped off first at their activity which caused us to arrive late for ours. Once we arrived it was chaos in the arrival area. There were many tables in a square and no one directing us to which table to go to. It took till the 3rd try to get to the correct table. I asked when our ride would pick us up and told us at 6 pm, thought this was only a 4-hour attraction. Once all the activities were done we were ready to leave, but could not. We were herded to a dining area, we did not want to sit, but we had no choice. We only ordered water for $2 a bottle (which should be included in the cost) why pay for food when we can get it at our resort? We had to sit there for an hour as the transportation is not allowed to get anyone until 6 pm. Then exiting the property to transportation was a hot mess. There is one door to exit and only one employee assisting customers with their transportation. This took about 30 minutes to exit. Now 6:30. Once on our transportation with the other customers who arrived with us you would never guess we go out of our way to pick up other people at different activities and yes, you guessed it they all got dropped off first even though picked up last, so the ride back to the resort took 90 mins arrived at the resort at 7:55. Luckily the resort was great and made sure we were fed.
