Airport transfer for group - Very efficient service. The driver contacted me via Whats App when we arrived at the airport and instructions were clear - even included a photograph. We were a group of 12. On the return to the airport we had an 8 seater van and a 4 seater car. Would definitely use Go Shuttle again.

Convenient and Teliable Airport Transportation - I made the reservation for pickup at Sydney International Airport a couple of months ahead of time. Upon arrival I was contacted with instructions where to meet. Communication was excellent. Our driver was very friendly and helped us with information about how to get to local attractions. The same driver picked us up the next morning to return to the airport. The company is reliable and I would definitely use them again.

Aggravating pick up/ rendez-vous process but otherwise excellent - Pick up was disorganized. I received text to confirm when I had my luggage and thought that everything would run smoothly after I confirmed that my bags were in hand. Instead of waiting in the inside area holding up a sign with my name where we exited customs, the driver was waiting in an outdoor Public Pick Up” area 100-150 yards away from the exit doors from the airport. He ultimately got out of the vehicle and walked back to the airport and met us inside. It would have taken us quite a while to figure out where the outside “ Public Pick Up” area was located on our own. He apologized, citing staffing problems, but I can’t be honest and give the service a rating higher than 4 stars. Everything else about the experience was very positive

Disappointed - When booking it says that the person picking us up would be in the airport and we would see them after customs. Alex was not in the airport - he wasn’t even outside. He advised us where to go and to wait for him. He was nice but this was not the way I wanted to start my vacation

Don’t use for private transfers! - This is a complaint above the scheduling office. They INSISTED (and NOT pleasantly) that we be picked up on 22 April at 5:30am for a 1 pm departure flight THEN on 26 April would only pick up at 6 am for an international flight boarding (my husband needed wheelchair assistance) at 8:15am THEN despite being told we were on Delta- dropped us off at check in A for Quanta’s forcing us to walk all the way to H for delta as a result my husband became short of breath I would NOT do a private transfer with Go Sydney

Communication Lacking - Communication was lacking. We arrived to the airport and no one was there to greet us or direct us. Being new to the country, I followed signs that indicated transportation pickup because our driver was no where to be found, only to end up on the other side of the airport lost and confused. Our driver finally texted and called after 20 minutes, we had already been off the plane and gone through customs. It was a horrible experience. The driver was nice, but the experience was not the best.

Rude, entitled operator with no sense of customer service - Would give them 0 stars if I could. Booked this taxi over viator and entered in all of my details correctly. The app and the operator asked me several times to reconfirm details, which I did. After receiving rude messages from Go Sydney I contacted Viator who confirmed this was a technical glitch and they could indeed see that I had provided the operator the information. We decided to cancel. Go Sydney continued to write me emails and harass me even after the trip had been cancelled. Honestly glad that I dodged this bullet looking at the other reviews.

Not the best welcome to Sydney - Foreign travellers in a strange country, booked an airport transfer to make sure we don't have the hassle and uncertainty. Sadly the flight company had to cancel our flight but offered an alternative flight that would mean we would arrive later on in the evening When we advised the airport transfer company we had a later arrival we were told that because our original flight was cancelled they couldn't help, as per the T&C's, however in reality all that had happened was our arrival had been delayed by 3 hours. No offer of refund, just told to claim off holiday insurance or airline. Had we not been able to get to the airport that evening that I would have accepted their point, however we were a few hours behind schedule., that's all. We'll grab and Uber instead then

A living nightmare - This was the worst experience I've ever had. We had paid reservations to take us from the Sydney airport to the cruise ship. We were told someone would be there holding a sign. No one was there. An airport employee assisted us by calling them. A van finally came to get us. While in route, the office called to inform us that we had to pay again or they would tell the driver to take us back to the airport and we would have to find another way to get to the ship. We were in a foreign country. so we paid again. Returning to the airport after the cruise was not much better. No specific place was given to meet them and there were no identifying names on the white van. So trying to find it was a real hassle. This was a nightmare that I would not want to repeat. So beware if you do business with this company.
