Auckland Harbour Cruise - A great relaxing way to end our 6 week tour of both islands. Good views of great scenery; the commentary was very informative.

A perfect cruise around the harbor - Very beautiful cruise. One of the crew was extremely helpful and even took pictures of us while carefully framing some of the incredible sites around us. Highly recommend!

Great First Day Overview of the Harbor - Like many U.S. visitors to New Zealand, we arrived in Auckland in the wee hours of the morning. After checking our bags at our hotel (which of course did not have rooms for us yet) we ambled down to the harbor to look at our options. This harbor cruise which was at 10:30 am appeared to be our best option. We had to wait a little while before boarding but once aboard realized how perfectly this trip was going to be since we had a land-based city tour planned for the next day. The harbor cruise does a big circle around the harbor with the captain giving commentary on archaeological and historic features. It was great to see the city from this perspective. The hour and a half filled the purpose of getting us to lunch followed by finally getting into our rooms.

Nice cruise with great views of Auckland - We visited Auckland in early March of 2020. The Auckland Harbour Sightseeing Cruise was a fun activity with great views of the city and surrounding area. The narration was difficult to hear at times but since we were outside the entire trip I was not surprised. Still the explanations were interesting and fun. This is something that is relatively inexpensive and fun when in Auckland.

Overallgood, nice staff and commentary. - Pretty good cruise overall. Relaxing and good comentary of key sights. It was a cool day, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Could be more seating outside. Be better if they washed thier windows better for those who are sitting inside to take better pictures.

Enjoyable - Great views and comfortable boat. Easy to organise and centrally located. Although we leatned a lot about Auckland and the harbour and wider area which was interesting we did find the commentary a little ladk lustre.

Nice Cruise - We really enjoyed the 1 1/2 hour cruise especially the commentary on the various sites and a little history of Auckland. It was a perfect calm sunny day. What we did not enjoy were the obstacles and delays caused by the subway construction around the harbor area. This increased the amount of time needed to get to the ticket station and then hike to the boat dock and then having to wait and wait for other boats to come and go before our boat came. All in all, I would avoid the harbor area until they complete the subway construction unless "you have the patience of Jobe."

Enjoying Cruise - We were on the Auckland Harbour one and half hour cruise on the morning of 29th January. We found the cruise very informative and was great to see the Auckland skyline from Waitemata Harbour. It was perfect for our tight itinerary. We found this to be an excellent introduction to the Auckland area.

harbour cruise - Perhaps we were just tired from a 14-hour flight but we didn't find the cruise all that interesting. We did get a good idea of how Auckland is laid out but it was only on the next day when we had a full-day personal tour of Auckland that we got to see what a great city is. The commentary on the cruise was good and informative and we did get to see a bungee jumper on the bridge. The food options were not very appetizing
