Fabulous custom tour! - This trip was exactly as I wanted. It was a custom trip and Rosario created the perfect itinerary. I told her I wanted something off the beaten path and she delivered. We went slightly outside Auckland to Cornwall Park to walk among the gorgeous trees and get a view of the obelisk. Then we drove up to One Tree Hill to the obelisk. The views of the city were spectacular! Then a walk around the War Museum and inside Winter Garden - stunning. Finally, we went to Mission beach had a coffee and pastry. All the while, Rosario told me stories and the history of the area. Highly recommend!!!

New Zealand turn that frown upside down into a smile! - Rosario was so awesome! I had issues going through customs and we were in contact the whole time and she turned what started out as a worrisome and negative experience because of the airport, she turned the day into a wonderful memorable time! I was so pleased with her as a tour guide and thankful for her saving my trip to New Zealand!

Awesome Auckland Walking Tour - Our guide met us at our hotel, and we were off on a wonderful half day discovering Auckland. He sent What's App messages in advance asking if there was anything in particular we wanted to see. Then he sent me an itinerary. Everything was fabulous! We strolled Ponsonby Road, went to Albert Park and the Auckland Art Gallery. We saw an extensive collection of Māori Art. Next, we went to the Sky Tower, and he advised we make a reservation to return later for drinks and sunset with views of the city. We then walked to Aotea Square, Auckland's Town Center. We walked High Street and Vulcan Street. We walked the waterfront and the commercial area. We concluded the tour on Queen Street with its historical buildings before he walked us back to the hotel. Great half day tour! Highly recommend!

Great introduction to the city! - Rosario was terrific. She asked what our other excursions would be, then planned our tour so we could see more of Auckland. She gave us a thorough overview of the city which was great.

Great Service! - Our guide, Susan, was spectacular! In addition to taking us to the three wineries, Susan also detoured a bit to show us some very special sights with extraordinary views. She is knowledgeable on wines, too. The first winery, Stoneyridge, was by far the best as Gary, our host, was delightful—-knowledgeable, willing to answer all our questions, and a great personality. The Batch Winery lunch was wonderful but the tasting was less-engaging as our host seemed uninterested. The final winery, Mudbrick, was very disappointing as our host was unengaged.

Good overview of auckland - Rosario was generous with her time- she had a car so we were able to see more of the sites outside the central business district. She answered all our questions- would recommend if you prefer one on one and not a large group tour

Not good on multiple levels, inconsiderate of health needs. - I wrote responses to this guide’s questions in advance of my tour. I am a 63-year-old woman with back problems, although I have done guided tours many places with accommodations. This guide apparently had not read that, she planned a 5 km walk with no breaks. In my request, I had asked to pause every half hour to hour. Finally, at the hour point with no breaks in sight, I left. I also had been pretty specific about what I wanted to see and the hour that I did spend was walking around seeing things I really wasn’t interested in. The guide was also frequently texting on her phone, and walked many paces ahead of me. She was a half hour late, which she did communicate about, so that wasn’t a terrible thing, but still combined with the whole package. It just was not a good experience. I ended up in pain and wasn’t happy about that.
