Great volcanoes tour! - Mike was amazing! We visited four volcanoes and learned about many more that make up Auckland's landscape. Mike was very informative. We learned a lot about Maori and Auckland history as well as about the volcanoes and craters on which Auckland is built.

Volcano city! - I had a great time on the volcanoes tour with our guide, Mike. Mike was friendly and personable, ensuring that I did not feel left out as a solo traveler. He also shared a wealth of information on the geology of volcanoes, and history of Māori settlements and British colonization in the area. I was surprised with how much ground we covered (physically and informationally!) in just three hours. If you want to see a lot of volcanoes and learn a lot about them, this is the tour for you!

Informative and fun 1/2 day tour of volcano craters - Mike communicated via text, was clear on where to meet, and was on time picking us up - all great starts for a tour. His commentary on the 4 craters, Māori history, as well as Auckland’s history was appreciated and interesting. Finally, we commend him on his flexibility. He very kindly dropped us off at the Auckland War Memorial Museum rather than taking us back to our pickup spot. And I’d suggest anyone who joins this tour do the same as the tour and the museum complemented each other nicely. Thx Mike!!

Beautiful views, knowledgeable guide - Our guide Mike was knowledgeable and accommodating to our pace. (We kind of slowed him down). We learned a lot about history along with volcanos. The views were awesome but be prepared for some steep slopes.

Brilliant half day volcano tour - Mike was communicative, punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. I had no idea there were so many volcanos in Auckland! There are some amazing views particularly where the tour ended which was spectacular with an incredible 360 degree view of the city. A great option for a half day! Thanks Mike!

Beautiful City - The trip around the city visiting the volcanoes was wonderful. The guides' knowledge of the area was minimal. If he visited the museum like we did, he would have a little more correct information for his customers.
