Definitely worth a visit - Tour was awesome. Driver, Jason on time and informative. Try to be at the front of tour to hear information clearly and wear comfortable shoes.

A wonderful positive experience. - Everything was fantastic. We were brought from Auckland in a comfortable minibus. The guide and driver Adil was simply magnificent. He told us many interesting things about New Zealand and its history. The trip was comfortable and delightful. After the tour in Hobbiton, we were pleasantly surprised with snacks and water! It was very nice! My son and I were very satisfied with the trip and highly recommend this operator.

Worth it - Amazing and well worth-it. I left the hobbiton movie set as a fan and bought a book to start reading my first book of the series. The set was amazing, but more than that, the landscape, the hills and everything was so beautiful. The trip to hobbiton was also great. We were picked up from the hotel on-time and the drivers were very nice. We even went to see a manmade lake before heading back to Auckland.

Best of the bunch - From the minute we were picked up to when we were dropped off the 2 drivers were amazing! So knowledgable about the hobbit and lord of the rings movies and where keen for a good chat!

Down the hobbit hole - Truly amazing experience, we were picked up precisely on time and enjoyed the ride down to Hobbiton with Jason pointing out points of interest along the way, on arrival we had time for a bite to eat before commencing the tour, The tour itself was fantastic, our guide Nicolas was clearly a Tolkien fan and had lots of stories about the production. The new,open, Hobbit holes are works of art with attention to the tiniest detail, wonderful. Our return trip with Jason was excellent, the van was comfortable, roomy and clearly driven by the best driver in the company, I would highly recommend this tour
