Your driver will track your flight and meet you at the arrivals meet and greet area, holding a name board, in front of the ALLPRESS ESPRESSO Coffee Shop inside the terminal. The coffee shop is easy to locate. Upon landing, you will receive a welcome text message from your driver. If you experience delays at immigration or biosecurity, please notify the driver. Our waiting time is 90 minutes from the flight’s arrival time. Each passenger is allowed one checked bag and one carry-on. Please inform us at the time of booking if you have additional or oversized luggage. We do not provide baby or child seats, but you are welcome to bring your own. For communication, we require the main traveler’s valid mobile number with the country code. If you need assistance, please let us know. We are very flexible in accommodating our guests’ requests.
