Warren is amazing, great guide! Tour was great too. lol - Such a great experience. Booked online for the Hobbiton and Waitomo Glow worm experience and the customer service before arriving was great. Booked about 2 weeks before arrival and was provided instructions for pickup the same day of booking. Driver details were sent the day before and Warren was amazing. Pickup time was 6:10am and he was already there when I got down at 6am. Quick work picking up the other guests and the time spent with Warren made the trip that much more memorable. He provided great details of the island and history along with answering our questions. His driving was professional and safe. Seeing I sat in the front next to him, I got full view of everything. This worked great for pictures/videos as the back window are tinted. Her explained everything clearly when we arrived at the locations and met up promptly upon completion. Recommendations for lunch were excellent and we even stopped on the way back for Tip Top ice cream. If you’re looking at this tour, please book and I’d request Warren is he’s available, you won’t be disappointed!

Highly recommend! - Nancy was our guide on our tour to Hobbiton Movie Set and Waitomo Caves Glow Worm She was absolutely wonderful, clearly enjoys what she does, knowledgeable, AND excellent at it--the perfect amount of talking, informing and educating us on the history and New Zealand culture of the region, pointing out sights along the way. Wonderful experience and would definitely recommend your tours to others.

Amazing adventure - It was absolutely wonderful! Our guide and driver Adil was amazing! He is so knowledgeable and shared a lot that we would have never known. Very pleasant, ensured we were well taken care of and very personable. Hobbiton was incredible and the glow worm were amazing. Absolutely would do this again!!! A 10 out of 10.

Great tour guide makes a difference. Kudos to Nancy G. - Great experience from beginning to end. Nancy made a huge difference in engaging the tour group on the bus ride to Hobbiton, the Waitomo Caves worm and back. She shared local history, gave interesting facts along the road we were traveling. Pointed out interesting sights along the way. Entertained us with relevant stories. She made sure we were comfortable and was accommodating with bathroom/snack/drinks/stretch leg break. She prepped us with things to watch for during the tours we booked. Relaxed pace and calm leadership! 5+ stars for Nancy!

Fantastic experience all around - Fantastic tour all around. The attractions speak for themselves but Adil really made the journey special with extra stops for sights, nice explanations and a lot of details about the country’s history and farming.

Highly recommend outdoor Hobbiton and a riverboat inside a Waitomo cave under the glow worms. - A very well designed tour as we were able do all the activities in a timely manner but still in a relaxed pace. Highly recommend on your to do lists. You get to experience the outdoors with a great scenery of the Hobbiton Movie set and Waitomo caves in complete darkness under the cave in a river boat to see glow worms. Wifi, bottle of water plus snacks was also provided throughout the journey. We would like to thank our tour guide Aiman who is very knowledgeable, helpful and entertaining.
