Amazing trip to Waiheke - Incredible day on Waiheke. Easy to get to and so relaxed. The vineyards are gorgeous and the wine was great. Graeme was the best guide! Loved the whole day.

4 hour tour - Great tour, friendly, knowledgeable guide, everything ran on schedule, saw some stunning sites and drank some great wine, what more could you want

Excellent time! - Graeme was an outstanding tour guide, super knowledgeable and helpful. He even arranged for a taxi for us when we elected to add a stop at a distillery to the end of the trip.

Amazing winery and island tour! - My husband and I spent the day on Waiheke Island on January 17, 2024. The best part of the day was the 4 hours we spent with Graham (sp) from Kiwi Connect. He was so informative about the island, the wineries, and New Zealand. He took us to some beautiful lookouts as well as the Postage Stamp, Batch, and Mudbrick wineries. At the end of the tour he dropped us off in town with some great recommendations for food and drink. If we return to NZ we will visit Waiheke Island and tour more vineyards with Kiwi Connect.

Fun friendly intro to NZ wines - This private tour was a great way to spend a day learning about NZ wines. Our guide Susan was friendly and knowledgeable and entertaining too. The pace was great, the choice of wineries perfect, and everyone went out of their way to make it a trouble free and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Great tour and very helpful! - A really lovely day with Susan! Due to last minute illness and schedule change, I reached out to Kiwi Connect on a Thursday evening to see if anything could be arranged for Saturday morning - they were very accomodating, gave good advice and took into consideration a family member's mobility issues. We got to see a little bit off the beaten path of Waiheke and was so nice to have the tastings and food sorted for us on such short notice. Electric van was also great as well!

Great Tour - Me and my wife had an amazing time visiting on our honeymoon! Susan was an excellent tour guide providing great insight!

Cheers - The tour started with a small hiccup with our pickup location, apparently there were two cafes by the same name. Not being a local to the island, I was unaware. Luckily, Susan found us and made up for lost time by adjusting the tastings accordingly. She was very knowledgeable and took us to 3 incredible venues. The two people traveling in our same tour were fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed having this experience with them. Such a great adventure!

A nice tour but lunch confusion lead to dissatisfaction - The tour is nice around Waiheke and the driver gives you fun facts about the island. I think it’s pretty pricy but enjoyable. Be sure you know if your ticket includes lunch or not - I thought we had lunch covered with our ticket (as the other people on our group had lunch covered) but our ticket actually did NOT have lunch covered. And we left the restaurant without paying. There was confusion around this and to avoid this next time, I think it would be best if the driver tells people who has lunch covered and who doesn’t just to be extra clear. Lastly, I didn’t appreciate the communication that was sent to Viator by Graeme (Kiwi Connect), noting you had been trying to call me and message me about this issue, and I had yet to respond. This was false, we spoke on the phone and I told you I would pay the bill. I also responded via Viator app. Viator reached out to me and told me that the tour company (Kiwi Connect) couldn’t get in touch with me and this really bothered me - I’m not sure why the threat of fraudulent activity was used by Viator. I’m very put off by the communication and will not be booking in the future.
