- Ocean View Road - Time to explore Oneroa Village where you can walk along Oneroa Beach, visit some of the local shops including Island Gelato, The Waiheke Wine Centre and the Island Grocer or choose to sit in a café/bar overlooking the bay before being returned to your accommodation or the ferry back to Auckland.

Our most popular tour, you will visit three vineyards each offering a range of gourmet tastes to accompany their wines. Treats may include oysters straight from Te Matuku Bay, Waiheke olive oil and Waiheke honey.
Ananda Tours is a Waiheke family-owned company that has been sharing the Island that we love for over 24 years. Our close relationships with local providers and highly knowledgeable guides ensure that our visitors leave loving the Island as much as we do!

- Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
- Any dietaries must be notified at least 24 hours prior to tour start time
- Specific venues subject to availability - itinerary subject to change without notification.
- Oysters have seasonal availability and are sometimes unavailable if there has been heavy rain, as they are unable to harvest.
- Our vehicles unfortunatly do not have luggage space for mobility scooters or wheelchairs.
- Not recommended for Vegans
- Not sutable for severe nut allergy. For any anaphylactic allergies an Epipen must be carried.

Please catch the 9am Fullers ferry from Downtown Auckland. Our guide will meet you off this ferry when you arrive on Waiheke Island with a signboard. Please contact Ananda Tours to arrange a Waiheke Island accommodation pick up +6493727530 at least 48 hrs prior.

A simple experience and a perfect guide! - A very nice visit.
A discovery in terms of framework and infrastructure.
Wine that lets you taste perfectly.
A meal at the meridian break which is the highlight of this excursion with Spanish dishes (very good!).

Wonders of Waiheke - What an amazing experience. Simon our guide was a wealth of knowledge and very passionate about Waiheke. The food and wine was outstanding. Highly recommended this experience.

Amazing island - This tour is a must do. Only retreat is not spending more time on waiheke island! It’s so much more beautiful than I can describe. Loved this tour and our tour guide.

Waiheke Gourmet Food and Wine Tour with Heidi - We had an absolutely brilliant day with Heidi as our tour guide. Heidi was so much fun and had great knowledge of the area. Being a local Heidi is very passionate of the island and she has a great relationship with the wineries. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heidi, she couldn't do enough for us and we would definitely do the tour again with Heidi. Thank you Heidi

Waiheke GourmetFood and Wine Tour - I highly recommend the Ananda winery tour of Waiheke wineries. Michael, our tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable of the history of the island and had direct knowledge of each winery we visited. If you’re coming to Waiheke and interested in New Zealand wines, definitely check out Michael and Amanda Tours.

Wine tour on Waiheke Island - This tour was very well done and we enjoyed both the wines and the food. Our guide, Michael, was excellent. We especially enjoyed getting to talk to some of the actual winemakers.

Waiheke Magic - Michael and the Ananda team made this the perfect last day of our month-long stay in New Zealand. We were able to taste some exceptional wines at gorgeous wineries, eat delicious food and meet some lovely people. We also explored many places in Waiheke we would not have seen otherwise. The tour lasted until 3:15 (in time to catch the 4:00 return ferry) but we stayed at Oneroa Beach and caught a later ferry back to Auckland.
I highly recommend this for couples or individual travelers who want to experience the dramatic beauty of island life and may not have time to visit other parts of the country. It was a magical day. Thank you again Michael! 💖🍷🎉

Very good but not Gourmet - Dealing with Ananda was a pleasure in so far as organising tickets, pickup and drop off, including a great driver with lots of knowledge of the island. All the winery stops where wonderful with good explanations of the local wines.
I was disappointed with the lunch stop. We stopped at several wineries which I think would have been a better option for a gourmet lunch than where we ended up. That being said I do not know if they use the same facility or change it around.
If you have a chance to stop awhile longer in town, take the opportunity.
