Austin skyline tour - Had the best time on our tour of the Austin skyline! Our guide was very attentive to us and still took us even though there was only 3 of us in the 4pm group on Labor Day! We enjoyed hearing all of the interesting facts about Austin on our tour and had pleasant conversations with our guide as well! We will definitely be back 10/10!

Bat kayak tour! - I took to long to write this for me to remember the tour guides name, but he’s amazing. He does everything for you to get setup. He also just takes really good care of you while on the tour! Def try it out!

Smooth process, fair price, amazing tour guide, amazing bats and sunset! - This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. It was so awesome! Sean (and the bats) delivered with flying colors! I wish I could bring everyone I know to this excursion. Sucks I’m here out of town :( I would absolutely do it again and again!

Beautiful Kayaking Experience - I have lived in Austin for over a decade and have been able to experience many beautiful things this city has to offer. That being said I can honestly write this has to be one of my top experiences. Sean the owner leading our tour gave us insight on Town Lake, the bats, and our skyline. Alone just to experience kayaking at sunset with the skyline as our back drop was breathe taking. I was left in awe as the bats emerged from Congress Bridge and began their flight. I would like to give a big thank you to Sean for providing a moment in life I’ll never forget! 👍👍

Bat Tour - Sean was amazing at getting us all prepped even with bringing some first timers. He was thorough with making them feel comfortable and had a plethora of knowledge of the bats. He was very welcoming to any and all ideas on the water and shared many personal experiences. We couldn't have asked for a better guide. We had left a pair of sunglasses that we were able to retrieve the following day and that was a blessing.

Never thought bats could be so amazing - Such a great experience. Our guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The kayaking was great and getting to see 1.5 million bats was the icing on the cake. Definitely glad we decided on this.

The highlight of our Austin Adventure! - This was the highlight of our family Austin adventure! My husband and I took our kids (12yrs & 14yrs) to check out the city and the Congress Bridge Bat Flight is essential for any first-timer. We have previously watched from the bridge (crowded!) and from a boat (ridiculously loud music!) so we were excited for a different experience with Longhorn Kayak Tours. Sean was friendly and gave clear instructions about where and when to meet. His equipment was in good condition and review of paddling technique was succinct and just right for my new-to-kayaking teens. He stayed just close enough to ensure we were ok but still allowed enough space for it to feel like we were independent. We took a couple of paddling breaks and Sean shared interesting information about the history of Lady Bird Lake, the Austin skyline architecture, and of course, the bats. Seeing them take flight from this vantage point was so cool! We enjoyed the experience so much! I highly recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in viewing the Bat Flight or getting out on the water when it isn’t quite so hot outside.
