Excellent experience. - We started on the bridge and my daughter got to see the bats leaving. Then honestly felt like we saw just about everything down town. Great conversation and beautiful tour of down town Austin. My 9 yr old daughter had a blast.

Great tour guide and way to see Austin - Alejandro was our tour guide this morning and he was fantastic! He let us change our pickup spot at the last minute to allow us to have coffee for the ride. He was enthusiastic and happy to taking us around this beautiful Saturday. It was a great way to end our time in Austin.

I had a confirmed reservation, but my driver did not show up. - I chose this particular booking because I needed to go in the morning and the other tours ran later. After booking I was charged in full and received many emails confirming my reservation, giving me details etc. I was really looking forward to it. Then on the day of my reservation, after receiving many notices where to be at what time, nobody came. When I called Viator, having gotten up early and stood outside waiting a half hour, I was told that Viator's drivers don't get up that early (8:30) and therefore none of the drivers picked up my reservation. I asked why I received a reservation confirmation and was never told that nobody wanted to take me at the offered timeslot. They said that's not how Viator does things. I really can't believe how bad Viator dropped the ball on me after all that positive communication and expectation. I wasted a lot of time and don't know how I could trust this company to show up in the future. The only positive is that I did receive a full refund, so at least that was not a problem.
