Austin Lake Boat Ride - must do! - We booked for a bachelorette trip and it was such a blast! The boat was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. Our captain was great too! Would definitely recommend!

My favorite boat rental company in Austin - If you are local or visiting and looking for a fun day on the water, Float On is the way to go. They have great communication, the friendliest staff, and clean boats! I have been out with Float On 4 or 5 times now and have always had a great time. I have been out on Lake Austin and Lake Travis. I have done both private charters and recently got to experience their new Ski Shores Shuttle. Personally, Lake Austin is my favorite for exploring and enjoying the beauty of the lake. Lake Travis is fun for a larger group celebrating something. No matter where you choose to go, if you go with Float on, you will have a great time!

A perfect summer afternoon! - Our group had a great time with Float On! Captain Alex knew the best spots to swim where it was cooler and less crowded. He also shared fun facts and kept us entertained while we were cruising to and from the swim spot. 10/10 recommend!

Best Austin Experience - Five stars isn't enough for Float On; they deserve more! This is a homegrown, family owned and operated, dog-friendly, weird and wonderful , truly Austin business. If you're looking for an amazing, stress-free, fun-filled day on either lake in Austin, stop looking now, book Float On, and have the time of your life! We had family in from South Dakota, and Float On provided the best Austin experience of their entire trip. This was after 3 tours and a fantastic dinner...and they left the boat saying, I wish we had more days like this instead of all that other stuff! Visiting or living in Austin just isn't complete without an easy-going tour of the lakes, so my recommendation is book day one on Lake Travis and Day 2 on Lake Austin. I know I can't wait to go back! Phil was our captain and he was perfect! We recently took a boat tour to Capri, and Phil surpasses that captain by miles!! He made the experience informative and chill at the same time. He took us to the most beautiful parts of the lake and was open to whatever agenda we had in mind. In the end we just let him decide what was best and he hit the nail on the head. He was so sweet to the kids on board. He was patient and kind to the 6yo when he didn't have to be. He offered us drinks while we were on the lily pad. You just couldn't ask for a better captain or company! The Yeti with ice and water was clutch, so definitely grab that when booking. I loved not having to bring towels, and the koozies are a nice souvenir for guests. I regretted not getting the captains hats for pictures in front of the penny back bridge! Do all the things and enjoy your day with Float On!

Fun in the Sun - We met with our captain at Quinlan Park which was really nice because it has hardly any traffic. It was a great price for a huge pontoon and our friends had a really good time. We will book again!
