• No glass beer bottles are not permitted on the boat. Glass liquor and champagne bottles are permitted.
• Guests are required to bring their own ice and water, with a suggestion of 2-3 10-pound bags of ice.
• Food is permitted on the boat, but food fights are strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the charter without refunds.
• A $300 cleaning fee may be charged if the boat is left dirty.
• Guests are advised to arrive at least 20 minutes before their scheduled time.

Deposits are non-refundable, but a full refund is granted if weather prevents the outing, with decisions made on the charter day, not based on pending forecasts.
