Loved it - So much fun. Very friendly staff. The game was a blast. Would definitely recommend. Plan to go again.

Must go for team building or just a good time - What a great crew here! We had team building activity and picked Cosmic crisis which is one of the harder ones. From when we walked in everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. Camille, our game guide, was the nicest! She knew we didn’t want any clues but quietly gave us a few extra minutes as she noticed how well the team was working. The team had mentioned to Camille that it was my birthday and when I came out she had made a card for me and the Escape room all signed the card. That’s above and beyond service. Highly recommend this place

Kristen Rocks - Kristen was great. The room was very fun, I’ve never done one that’s very tech based so that was cool. The hints were helpful without being overly so.

Good time had by all! - I can't even begin to explain how much fun that we had with our company off-site. We had a large group 58 people and the staff was amazing with everything. High recommend going to The Escape Game!

Mastered The Depths! - This is the second time we’ve completed an escape room at this location and it was an awesome experience! It was only me and my husband completing this room (The Depths) and staff was so nice and reassuring! We finished the room with two minutes to spare! Alle was our game master and she was super helpful and patient with us when we hit some snags. We were staying at the Courtyard Marriott which was a quick walk/scooter from The Escape Game. Parking can be tricky if you’re driving, so we recommend doing some research ahead of time on where to leave your car. If you’re in Austin and have an hour to kill, an escape room is always a win if you’re with friends, family, or your significant other!

So good, we booked 3 more ! - Seasoned veterans’ of over 50 UK escape rooms, we thought we'd try the USA for some, as just a team of 2 of us and these escape rooms were fantastic, so good on the 1st, we decided to book 3 more over coming day. Beautifully themed and technologically advanced with everything working smoothly, the staff were friendly, the place very clean. We did The Heist, The Depths, Gold Rush, & Timeliner, all for me where equally enjoyable in many different ways. A bit about each without spoiling surprises for future bookers, Timeliner is beautifully themed with good use of TV screens as passenger train windows in the time travelling train you start in, lots to do, this was one of my favourites as I love theme and linearity in puzzles which this had as you jumped around time to complete mission, its use of technology is particularly good. Gold rush was equally favourited, and a beautiful mine town country themed, and was my first multi level escape room, with an exciting way between the levels, one of the puzzles is particularly hands on and a lot of fun, uses less screens and tech, and more hands on prop based, which is just as fun. The Depths is submarine themed, simpler theming to start but more immersive in it’s sound, tech and screen use and goes onto something particularly more phantasmagorical which is beautiful and exciting to work out. Finally The Heist, is a classic art gallery theme, simple theme but beautiful with some large and ingenious puzzles. We wanted to do all 8 of their rooms, and toured quickly 2 other rooms not in use, all equally beautifully themed. I would thoroughly recommend this place. A note for management, this is totally separate to everyone and everything on site which was perfect…There is a big difference to UK pricing / booking, which we weren’t fond of and might have stopped us booking. You don’t get exclusive use of the room without booking the entire slots in advance, which is quite expensive for 2 people like us on bigger 8-10 people rooms, luckily we kept booking just before game time and they had some empty space in daytimes weekdays, so we ensured we could get a room to ourselves for price of 2, which is a lucky gamble on day. In the UK there’s affordable pricing ($100 to exclusively book a room as 2 people. We would never share a room with strangers, can you imagine if us 50-room plus pro’s shared with a group of 6 x 1st timers ? Chaos for all...Weird concept to make money, but I get these places run on a tight budget sometimes and need all they can get, but maybe have a think a bit more creatively about your exclusive room prices (off peak if you have to) and I’m sure you’ll get more bookings when you’re quieter. Everything else was perfect and staff so friendly and helpful, we had a great time, if we’re back to Austin we’ll do the rest for sure.

Great Escape Room Experience - My daughter and I did The Heist room. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left everyone we interacted with was personable, helpful, and fun! The room was tough and as people who do a lot of rooms, had some exciting challenges.

Escaped the playground! - Highly recommend the escape experience! Each one is a different experience but the playground was so much fun. We were given the extra minutes we needed to escape so that was a plus!!!!! We were paired with another couple which was so much fun.

Very fun escape room - Super fun and well thought out escape room. Both my 10yr old and my 14 yr old had equal amount of fun. Will definitely come back.

Amazing Hospitality!! - We did 3 rooms in these 2 days. Every time we entered the shop, the shop staff (receptionists) welcomed us with the positive smile, which makes us excited already. They know the best game for us always based on our experience. Once we go into each room, it’s another world! Each room is well decorated so that we can feel as if we were in another world. Another thing that I like very much is that each room can be enjoyed even if you are not good at English, we totally enjoyed as foreigners (average Japanese) without any language troubles. Then the quizzes! They are awesome!! When we finished the 1st room (Play Ground) which we could not escape, we already knew we would come back soon! Then we made the reservations for the next room for the following day. 2nd room (Gold Rush) was also awesome! We did escape the room, we used a lot of hints though. We had 5 members in the team which means we had 2more than the previous day and we had more power and brains! We were so happy that we ran into the 3rd room (HEIST). The story and the room decoration is beautifully made. I like this one the best. Throughout all those 3 rooms, the tour guides watched us and listened to us closely enough to provide us the appropriate additional information. Lastly, I can not avoid to tell that the shop staff’s prompt first aid. One of my team mates fell down on the way coming to the shop and arrived with bloody face!!! The receptionists brought the first aid kit, and helped us a lot! Thanks so much. His injury was not so heavy and he could enjoy the escape room game after that.
