Exceptional Private Tour! - This was an AMAZING tour! Our tour guide, Mark is a born and raised local with deep knowledge of the island! He took us to the best spots to capture beautiful photos and see both local and touristy spots! Mark was an exceptional guide! Took his time with our family - we all loved every second of this tour!

Fantastic “behind the scenes” tour of Avalon - Our tour guide was awesome! As a native islander, he had outstanding knowledge and insight. Tour included several stops for photo opportunities.

Read this review ! - Mark made us all feel special with his sense of humor and knowledge of his "home". I was extremely impressed by the customer service I received from Avalon Tours while making this happen while I was on a cruise coming from Japan.

A different perspective of Catalina Island - Our tour gave us a behind the scenes look at the island and a little history as well. Our guide, Carol, did a great job of telling us all about the island from a local’s perspective. We came away with a new appreciation for everything we saw walking around on our own. It was fun seeing parts of the town we wouldn’t normally see and getting to know daily life. Would highly recommend!

Catalina Tour Exceeded ExpectarionsL - After 65 years living in SoCal, I finally made it to Catalina for the first time (as a stop on a cruise with my wife).
We booked a two hour golf cart tour and my expectations of the island and of the tour far exceeded my expectations!
Our tour guide, Sarah, was friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about the area. She showed us all the highlights of Catalina and took us to many places that tourists don’t usually stumble onto on their own.

Highly Recommended! - I was traveling solo, so the tour was a bit of a splurge for me. I hesitated booking because of the cost, but I'm so glad I did! Sara was a fantastic local guide! As a current resident who grew up on and around the island, she had so much first-hand knowledge and was generous in sharing her experiences and the interesting history of the area. She stopped many times to take my photo and was able to recommend a great place for lunch and a place to get locally-made art pieces and crafts. I'm planning a girl's trip from KY based on my great experience and desire to spend more time on Catalina!

Guided Scenic Private Golf Cart Tour Around Avalon - We enjoyed a terrific 2 hour private golf cart tour with our delightful guide, Joy. We were able to see virtually everything and experience the beautiful vistas around Avalon on this interesting tour. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to get an excellent overview of the area in a short period of time.

Catalina island Golf Cart Tour - Joy was an absolute pleasure and so very knowledgeable about the island. My only problem was that she was difficult to hear. She should probably have some sort of microphone. The guys were in the back of the golf cart and couldn’t hear her at all. I would have given her a 5 star rating except for that.
