Nice bus tour - The tour was perfect. Just long enough with photo op stops. The price was reasonable. Lots of historical information provided by the tour guide.

Recommended - Bear was a great tour guide and the bus trip around Avalon was very comprehensive. We were able to stop for pictures at a perfect location above the harbor.

Amazing experience - Halvy was out tour guide and he was amazing. I had no trouble finding where to go by directions provided on info for tours. He knew so much history of the island it was wonderful. I left wanting to know learn so much more about the area. Thank you for this wonderful tour.

Meh - If you decide to do this tour make sure to sit on the drivers side of the bus, otherwise you’ll just be seeing the side of a mountain the whole ride. Very disappointed in this as I like to take a lot of photos.

Discover Avalon tour. This tour was disappointing. - The tour didn't start on time, the driver left the area while the guest waited. We made one stop to take pictures on the route. The tour time was less than the time stated in the advertisement. It was approximately 40 minutes or less.

Never again - My friends and I planned a surprise tour for my friends birthday and we were very excited to attend. I received the email with the time to meet for the tour; however, the address given was the corporate office and not the actual meet up site. We arrived 20 minutes earlier than the expected meet up time 2:40; yet we couldn't find the correct address nor get ahold of anyone from the company until 5 minutes before the tram left. We walked hastily to the Albus area, mind you, 3 people in our party are physically disabled and when we arrived, the bus had pulled off. I'm beyond disappointed. I tried to explain to the office staff what happened and ask for my money back; however, they were not accommodating at all. I would not recommend this company for anything in the future.

Gave wrong address and offered no refund - I booked in advance in preparation for my best friends birthday. We received an email but it had no address, so we googled it. We showed up early to that address and noone was there, the fromt doors were locked. It was their admin office but the door had a phone number on it so we called forst and they said we shoukd be at the right place but bithung was happening so we called again and let them know and a different person said we were at the wrong place. We walked a few blocks to the correct place and asked them to wait. They left without us and offered no refund stating, "we do not give refunds" Asked to speak to the supervisor but the young woman at the ticket booth couldn't get that to happen. Ridiculous how they do not provide an address when you get the tickets and then won't refund you because you went to the wrong place even though you were late because they initially told you it was the correct address. It wasn't just us there were two other sets of people there who also were not refunded. Piss poor customer etiquette. Would avoid this company at all cost and find an alternative. Birthday plans reuined.
