If you’re tired of the usual tours and activities in Cappadocia and want to try something unique, join our class. Our carpet weaving workshop lets you explore the techniques of carpet weaving and the workings of the loom, while also allowing you to design your own small carpet. Carpet weaving is a detailed process that can take years to master. A carpet is made up of warp threads, which are stretched in a consistent pattern from one side to the other, and weft threads that weave in and out. These threads are then hand-knotted, resulting in the finished product.
