Upon arriving in Rarotonga, all guests using Cook Islands Tours for transfers will be greeted with a fresh flower Ei, a cold bottle of water, and a chilled face towel to enjoy in our air-conditioned vehicles. For all departure transfers, guests will receive a unique departure Shell Ei, special to the Pacific.

Cook Islands Tours will have a Local Expert waiting for your arrival at the International Arrival Gate once customs have been cleared. They will be available to verify your accommodation and departure details to ensure accurate information for your departure flight pickup. Our Local Expert and Transfer Driver will be ready to answer any questions and provide a brief overview of activities to enjoy while on holiday in Rarotonga.
