Amazing wine tour - Excellent tour ! This IS m'y second tour with A la française company (first one in côte d'azur). Our guide was Amazing, she really was informative about History and wines of Chateauneuf-du-Pape. We really enjoyed taking Time in thé winery to visite and taste thé wines. We highly recommend this tour !

A simply ‘wine‘derful experience!! - The chateauneuf du pape sommelier was extremely informative, and we tasted exquisite red wines. Also, chateauneuf du pape does not export their white wines, so getting a chance to taste one of their whites was excellent. Getting a chance to view the castle of chateauneuf du pape was a dream as well. Tavel’s rosé was divine, and we ended up buying some to take home with us. Mark’s commentary during our van ride showed his high level of experience and knowledge of wine industry and wine production in the area. I would recommend this excursion to everyone!

Poor choice of grower undermined what could have been a good tour. - It was a disappointing tour and provided poor value for money. Our host was excellent I should add. But the wine visit was lead by a young man with poor English. In addition the tasting was in a reception area, so while we were being told about the wines we had the sound of a guest having checkin issues. All very distracting when put alongside the poor English spoken. Maybe I would have a different opinion if we had visited a different winemaker. So all in all, disappointing,
