Wonderful tour of the Lavender fields - Great tour, great guide. Loved the additional stop at the market. We had the opportunity to visit many small towns and see many lavender fields.

Lots of lavender - Our guide (Ghiz - probably spelled wrong) really emphasized the Lavender aspect of the tour, taking the time to stop at extra fields and giving us lots of information about lavender and lavendil and the region. The day was packed with great stops, though we went to Bonnieux instead of Roussillon (different than advertised) where they had a nice market but not much to see in the town itself. A perfect trip if you want to make the most of lavender season in Provence!

Great Luberon guide - We had a wonderful experience exploring the towns of the Luberon with our French guide, Arnaud. He is a member of the A La FRANCAISE company! Not only was he extremely informative and easy-to-understand, but he had a great sense of humor and friendly attitude, which made our interactions enjoyable and memorable. Having a guide who not only caters to your interests but also engages with you in a personable manner can truly enhance your overall experience and make learning or exploring a new language and culture a lot of fun. We can’t wait to return to Provence and hire Arnaud as our guide. If you do the same, you will enjoy your tour as much as we did!

Great - The trip was very nicely organized with a visit to a market and a trip to a small farmer in addition to the lavender viewing. Honestly hadn’t expected to enjoy it as much as I did - good memories of the fields filled with the sound of bees happily humming

Great trip - We had a wonderful day with Nicoli. He was very accommodating and knew of lavender fields where there weren’t tourists. We also enjoyed the lavender processing center where we learned about the different types of lavender and how the essential oils are made.

Enjoyable way to spend the day - The lavender fields are breath-taking and learning about the various types of lavender and distillery process was very interesting. Gordes and the market was a fun experience as well. Our guide, Lea, was knowledgeable and friendly.

I enjoyed viewing the Lavendar Farms in Provence - I took the full-day Lavendar tour from Avignon and I have enjoyed my tour. The Tour guide was very knowledgeable about Provence and spoke very good English.

Lovely trip in the French countryside. - Good trip. Lovely French towns visited and several fields of lavender seen during the day. Could be improved by perhaps a map for each participant of each town visited. Would also be useful if some kind of speaker system inside vehicle could be used as passengers in back row of three did struggle to hear the driver as he was giving information when driving.

Disappointed in our Lavender Tour - Our tour guide and driver, trying to share the narrow country road with other vehicles, drove our van into a ditch in the middle of the country and we sat unprotected, in the hot sun, without shade/water for 1.5 hours before we were ‘rescued’ and on our way. Oliver, our driver, was friendly and answered questions, but did little to offer commentary. Because of our ‘incident’, our tour lasted 2 hours longer than planned, and we weren’t able to tour an abbey, because it was closed by the time we arrived (one of original our must sees). We felt like we didn’t get the full value of our tour or an apology for our issues from the tour company.
