Setting sail from Avola to Portopalo di Capo Passero, we will travel along the coast visiting destinations such as Avola, Calabernardo, Noto, Eloro, Marianelli, Pizzuta, Calamosche, and the island of Vendicari, before visiting San Lorenzo, Marzamemi, and finally Portopalo. This journey along the coast provides an opportunity to take in sights such as stunning sheer cliffs, different coloured beaches, blue sea caves, reserves, fortresses, and two islands. Not to forget, four unique tuna fisheries and Roman pillars.
We will make several stops for a dip in the crystal clear sea. If possible, we will drop anchor near the three submerged Roman columns, about seven meters below sea level. Snorkeling gear, including fins and masks, will be provided to everyone.
Our journey takes us to Marzamemi. Here you can explore the coastal village and if you wish, enjoy some local cuisine at the restaurants. We conclude the tour with a Sicilian style aperitif comprising fresh beverages, prosecco, wine, and fruits.
