Great time jet skiing! - We had a great time jet skiing for our first time with Delphi Watersports. They were easy to work with and would highly recommend them.

Lots of fun - Jet skiing at Eagle Bech was fantastic. The water was calmer to the north and there was plenty of room to go fast and enjoy the water. Ryan, Didi and Kamal were all helpful and made it a great experience!

Christmas in Aruba - Took my daughters (19 and 10) to Aruba for Xmas 2024 - we were there from the 22nd-26th. Based on the positive reviews, we booked all excursions through Delphi. Jhon is a fellow 1976 baby so we share legend status, in his own words. His work wife, Olga, is a gem. Through him, we booked jet skis, snorkeling tour, tubing and an ATV tour of the island. Personable and reasonably priced, would recommend.

Great experience - We mistakenly went to the wrong check-in location. John, who worked the desk at the Hyatt location, arranged for Edward to drive us, via boat, to the correct check-in location in a different area of the island. When we arrived at the Eagle Beach location, Brandon and Rio we quick to assist us off the boat. The waves were fairly intense and that made it challenging, but the crew was prepared to keep us safe. Brandon and Rio, were very friendly. A couple, who was not with our group, capsized their jet ski quite a distance from shore. Brandon and Rio immediately sprang into action to help the couple. When we were done with our jet ski adventure, Edward picked us up and drove us back to the Hyatt location. The experience was incredible. All five people in my party had a great time. The jet skis were in perfect condition. The company gives you a large zone to navigate which allows you to get up to full speed and cruise around without being near others. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to rent jet skis.

Just Do It! - Best time EVER! I had ridden one with someone else bug this was the first time riding one alone and it was a blast! Booking was easy peasy and they were ready for me when I arrived .. quick instructions and you are off! Must add to the itinerary!!! #overcomingfear

Jet skiing outside of Eagle Beach - Excellent time jet skiing! The water was a little choppy but the jet ski easily adapted. As far as booking through trip advisor-Everything was smooth. Jhon at Delphi was super helpful and kind.

Go with another company - Will have to say this was unfortunately the worst part of our 7 day trip to aruba. The website shows one location in eagle beach for drop off and the email tells you to go to the Hyatt Regency in front of the towel hut to check in. Unfortunately, one of our family members didn’t get to ride because they went to one location and we went to the other. nowhere online does it specify that it’s okay to go to either location and when we arrived in front of hyatt, the guy checking us in was pretty rude and asked “doesn’t it say to go to eagle beach sweetheart?” and i said no and i read him where is specifically told us to meet here and he sighed and said okay. we signed waivers and he said there would be a 5 minute boat ride to the location where the jet skis were. we told him that our other family member was parking and coming with us and he said okay. we were yelled at when the boat got there to hurry up and get in and we got on. i told the guy my dad was still coming and he left anyways. he asked me where he was and i said he was literally just walking up to the check in that minute ( we were still there 20 minutes before our actual reservation time ) the guy said oh and just kept going. we got to the desk at eagle beach and we were told to go to the front of the boat to jump off, one of the crew members in the water nodded at us and i asked do we jump now? and he said yes, then the other crew member yelled NO DO NOT JUMP HERE, so we waited. when we got to the desk we started reading the warning signs they had there since nobody said anything to us. They ended up having us do another waiver and then one of the crew members asked if we were ready. we said yes and he said let’s go and we started following him. The other crew member yelled at us STOP WHERE ARE YOU GOING?? and we apologized and said he just told us to follow him… they then put our life jackets on and the guy just walked away back behind the desk. we were nervous to just start walking out into the water since they had already yelled at us multiple times for simply following their instructions. After a minute i ask if we should start heading to the water but the guy was on his phone and didn’t hear me. he looked up a couple minutes later and with an attitude he said “can you guys start heading to the water??” and i was like yeah i guess that would’ve been nice to know when you stopped talking to us… besides all of that unnecessary negative energy we had a blast on the jet skis. the only reason i docked an extra star and made it 2 instead of 3 is because one of our jet skis speed stopped at 30 mph when he hit a wave. but once he hit another wave it went back up to 60mph. All in all, i would recommend looking for another company to try the jet skis with as this one really lacks communication.
