Upon arriving in Aruba, you will proceed through immigration, luggage claim, and Aruban customs. After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, you will meet your driver in the airport lobby. Your driver will be holding a sign with your name on it. They will escort you to your private vehicle and drive you directly to your resort. Navigate Aruba safely and punctually with our transportation services.
For departures, please schedule your pick-up at least 3 hours before your flight. Meet your driver at the designated pick-up and drop-off zone in front of the hotel lobby.

- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Arrival transportation has complimentary waiting time of 75 minutes from the moment your plane arrives at gate.
- Departure transportation has complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time.
