Amazing hike with a great guide - We (two friends and I) did the slightly shortened version of the full M'goun trek (3 days) with Hassan as our (great!) guide and the help of Mohammed and Mohammed to take care of the cooking and the tents, carried on the backs of two mules. The hike was among the highlights of the two weeks we spent in Morocco. It took us off well-trodden routes and through some of the most stunning landscapes the country has to offer. Hassan arranged accommodation for us in a 'gîte d'étape' in the village of Arouss which was very pleasant and a perfect vantage point to start the hike. Tents on the hike were provided and very comfortable. The food that was prepared for us was great too. Hassan was very communicative and friendly and great company. I HIGHLY recommend this trip to anyone looking for an adventurous and active few days in the beautiful High Atlas at a very affordable rate.
