Good services, bus on time - Bus is on time and comfortable. We got support from WhatsApp easily and fast. They are very friendly. We booked Halong cruise and Cat ba island.

Everything went really... - Everything went really well ! The departure from Hanoi and Puluong were on time. Driver was friendly and the seats comfortable!

Very poor service - We booked this luxury shuttle van back to Hanoi, and communication was great advising they would pick up from our accommodation in Pu Luong and they provided details of the driver and vehicle registration. On the day of the pick up they didn't show up, and our accommodation had to ring the driver who said the car coming to pick us up had broke down and could they get us to a pick up point. This meant extra cost and paying for two scooters to take us and our luggage to the meeting point on time. This was a dangerous trip with no helmets or protective gear and not covered by our travel insurance (I am 105 kgs and 192 cm so not easy on the back of a small scooter with small backpack and carry on size luggage). On arrival at the pick up point we were due to leave at 1.30pm but didn't leave until after 2.00pm. No bottled water was provided as advertised. When I complained to management they blamed road works which was utter rubbish as other vans the same size did a pick up on the same day from our accommodation. I would not recommend this company as they provided very bad service and made up excuses which were untrue and not interested in giving a partial refund. Do not use.
