Pyramids of Giza - Upon arrival at Cairo airport, a tour guide will greet you to commence your full-day tour. Begin by visiting the Great Pyramids - Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos. Then, explore the Valley Temple, where priests mummified King Chephren’s body. Here, you will also get an up-close view of The Sphinx, the legendary guardian with a lion’s body and King Chephren’s head, standing by the vast funeral complex.

The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities - Continue your tour at the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, which houses the world’s largest and most valuable collection of Egyptian art. The museum features over 250,000 authentic artifacts dating back 5,000 years, including a special exhibit dedicated to Tutankhamun, showcasing treasures, gold, and jewelry buried in his tomb for over 3,500 years until its discovery in the 1920s.

Khan Al-Khalili - Next, visit the Khan El Khalili Bazaar, renowned for its numerous shops selling exquisite brassware, copper, perfumes, leather, silver, gold, antiques, and more. At the end of the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Day Tour to Alexandria from Cairo

Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa - At 7:00 AM, an expert tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo or Giza, holding a sign with your name. You will be transferred by a private A/C car to Alexandria, approximately 220 km from Cairo, a journey of about 2.5 hours. Visit the Catacombs of Kom El-Shoqafa, where Roman and ancient Egyptian art merge in this renowned tomb with its unique three-level design.

Ancient Roman Amphitheater - Next, visit the Roman Theater, constructed from marble stones, featuring a large mosaic section on the floor.

Bibliotheca Alexandrina - Then, explore the Alexandria Library, the second-largest library in the world.

Stanley Bridge - Stanley is a neighborhood near Alexandria’s city center, famous for the iconic Stanley Bridge on the Corniche and its private-access beach. The bridge spans 400 meters with six sections.

Pompey’s Pillar - Visit Pompey’s Pillar, the remnants of the ancient Library of Alexandria, followed by the Roman Amphitheater and the open-air museum for sunken artifacts.

Fort Qaitbey - Conclude with a visit to Qaitbey Citadel and enjoy a leisurely walk along the Corniche.
