Wonderful Day Trip to Alexandria with an Excellent Guide! - We had an amazing day trip from Cairo to Alexandria, and everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. Our driver picked us up right on time in Cairo, provided a smooth and comfortable ride to Alexandria, and later returned us safely to Cairo in the evening. In Alexandria, we were met by our guide Shaimaa, who was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took us to all the top sites: the Library of Alexandria, Qaitbay Castle, the Catacombs, the Roman Amphitheater, the Mosque of Abu al-Abbas al-Mursi, and St. Mark’s Church. Her insights at each stop added so much value, and she helped us make the most of our time. A highlight was a stop at a local bazaar that Shaimaa recommended, run by a lovely Egyptian couple. It had a large selection of merchandise at excellent prices and felt far more authentic than typical tourist shops. Lunch was fantastic. We enjoyed a variety of delicious dips with fresh bread, followed by our choice of chicken or fish, and the fresh mango and strawberry juice was absolutely refreshing. As an added bonus, Shaimaa took many great group photos for us throughout the day and kindly shared them later via WhatsApp, which was such a thoughtful touch and gave us lasting memories of the day. From beginning to end, this tour was efficient, enriching, and thoroughly enjoyable. We highly recommend it, and if you get Shaimaa as your guide, you’re in for a truly special experience!

Well planned and well executed comfortable trip - Great trip from start to finish. Planned well an executed well. Driver was on time and was great throughout the trip. He was funny and tried to communicate with us, at times using a translator app. Very nice attitude. The tour guide Shaima met us in Alexandria. She was very knowledgeable, explained everything well, spoke good English, took lots of pictures along the way, and most importantly, never rushed us. We were initially skeptical about the driver not being fluent in English, but that was not an issue at all. He used the translator app to communicate and made every effort to make us feel comfortable. Fish lunch was delicious. Nothing to do with the tour: be aware that the toilets in several places in Alexandria are not very clean, hence plan accordingly. We found clean toilets in the library, but not in other places,

Exploring Alexandria - Hello, my name is John McDonald and I recently did a tour of Alexandria with my guide Shaimaa. I decided to visit Alexandria via a day trip from Cairo. Shaimaa gave me a one on one tour with her showing me multiple spots around Alexandria! Alexandria is a must see if you want to visit Egypt. Shaimaa was patient and gave me ample free time to explore this beautiful part of Egypt. The catacombs were interesting because I got to see how Egyptian people, other than Pharoahs were buried. Then we visited some Roman relics. Alexandria has some amazing history and Shaimaa definitely knows her history! Alexandria library was my favorite because it is located right next to the ocean. Shaimaa would offer to take pictures of me and sent me the photos after the tour. The view of the sea in Alexandria is stunning. Shaimaa and I also visited St. Mark’s church and a mosque. During the tour, Shaimaa took me to a Bazaar (Market) where I got to try and purchase some essential oils. Shaimaa was very knowledgeable and I believe you will be in good hands choosing her as your tour guide!

Recommended for families with children - It was a very meaningful time. Sometimes it was a private tour, which was perfect for us with our kids. Our guide, Shaimaa, was slow to use translation to help us, as we were not good at English. The driver, Mina, was also the safest driver since she came to Egypt. It was a safe ride.

I definitely recommend the best tour I've ever had with Shamaa, who is a great Alexandrian!️ - My guide, Shaimaa, is a very nice guide. He was really nice to me and he was very careful about each of us at Santorum. The Catacombs and the Roman Theater, the Church of St. Mark, the Mosque of Alexandria, the Alexandria Library, the Alexandrian Mosque, the Alexandrian Library, and the explanations were very easy to understand. He explained it slowly in English. They used a translation app to explain what might be difficult. Her explanation was perfect. And I enjoyed it because of that explanation. I'd like to have her guide. I highly recommend it. One of the group was Italian. Saint San Marco of Venice. Show me the venerable Church of San Marco, which tells the story of arriving in Egypt from the African continent, He showed me that wonderful mosaic in the basement. The restaurant with the view of the sea where we went for lunch was better than the view. The aeshi was hot and really delicious, and the grilled fish and the rice that accompanied the fish dish tasted really good. All the Egyptian guests were drinking, so I asked for fresh lemon and mint juice, which was very good. Of course, the view was great. Buy Lotus flower oil from a pure oil perfume shop It was fun.

Excellent day trip for a family looking to see another wonderful city in Egypt! Highly recommended!! - This day trip to Alexandria was wonderful for my family! My children, aged 5 and 8, loved it. Our tour guide, Shaimaa, went above and beyond to make sure they were happy! She showed us some of the highlights of the city while sharing her incredible knowledge of the history of Egypt. We particularly enjoyed the catacombs and fort! Shaimaa ensured that we saw everything we wanted to, and she never made us feel rushed. We really appreciate her kindness and hospitality! We also felt very safe being transported by our fantastic driver, Mina. Both of them made this trip to Alexandria absolutely perfect!

One day trip from Kairo: Alwxandria in a nutshell - The trip was well organized with hotel pickup in Cairo and guide in Alexandria. The pickup was at my house at 7am, the driver was already at 6:45am on the doorstep waiting for me. The ride was pleasant and flexible (cafe break etc.). The driver Ramez was very nice, entertaining and driving pleasantly. On the spot in Alexandria we met Shaimaa our guide, she was very nice and always has a smile on her face. She explained everything thoroughly and was open to asking. She also knew almost all the people working at the attractions, which had an even more relaxed and entertaining effect on the whole tour. The tour was flexible and Mann can arrange the time as you like (stay longer or shorter at one attraction, or drop an attraction). We had a lovely time in Alexandria with Shaimaa and Ramez together. In the late afternoon I drove back to Cairo with Ramez to the hotel. Everything went great and I can recommend the tour, Shaimaa and Ramez.
