Amazing experience - Amazing experience with Zayed at Laguna Bacalar, he collected us at our hotel and he explained everything both in Spanish and English language about the Laguna during the tour. We had refreshing drinks, delicious fruit and a wonderful time with him. 100% recommended.

Loved it - Thoroughly enjoyed our pontoon boat tour. Especially appreciated the hotel transfer offered. It is advertised as English offered, but it was all in Spanish. We didn’t mind as we know some Spanish

Incredible lagoon experience - Loved every minute of this tour. Zayed picked me up and dropped me off at my hotel, which was fantastic. He explained important aspects of Bacalar. The pontoon boat was super comfortable and had a covered top. We were provided with life jackets. The tour guide on the boat was great and explained everything in Spanish and English. He gave us time to stop and swim in some beautiful spots. Towards the end we had a platter of the most delicious watermelon and pineapple. Enjoyed it so much I would do it again!

Choose wisely - Bacalar is incredibly and a very special place! It's a must to do a tour on the lake however pick wisely. I think tou get a lot of variations. We didn't get the water, fruit or beers on ours but loves the lake etc. The guide was a bit average on providing Information however we swam alot and felt very lucky to have visited this area while in Mexico 🇲🇽
