Chill times in Bacalar - Silvia was such a vibe! She started off strong playing the reggae version of Blue Jeans by Lana Del Rey, I loved it. My partner and I were lucky to have a private boat ride since no one else booked the 9:30am slot. Silvia was very kind, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. Her explanation about the lagoon was very informative. The best part is she steered clear of any spots where there were too many people or boats. She made sure that the two times we got to swim were more private and we were fortunate as we were able to take lots of pictures because of it. Throughout the trip she provided us two beers and some fresh cut (and delicious) fruit. I would recommend a trip with her to anyone. Should we ever visit Bacalar, I would love to book with her again. Thank you Silvia, you rock!

Ride in Pontón - Excellent ride! Silvia very gentle, explained everything about flora, fauna and care to take when walking along the lagoon. He took a lot of pictures and was always available for what we needed. Fried and beer invited by the tour. The images of the lagoon and its seven colors is amazing. We'd come back a thousand times!

Boat trip to bacalar lake - We had an amazing boat trip to Bacalar! The boat was spacious and slow-paced—exactly what we were looking for. The hostess was incredible, communicating with us perfectly throughout the trip. She provided us with plenty of tips and shared so much interesting information about Bacalar, making the experience even more special. It was a lovely experience overall, and I would totally recommend it to anyone!

The magic of Bacalar! - Superb walk with Silvia, at 3:30pm, perfect timing for a beautiful sunset. We were lucky enough to be only 2, which made the experience even more beautiful. Silvia was kind enough to expect us because we had been deceived by the distance evaluated by Google so follow the link it sends you after booking. She gave us a lot of explanations about the lagoon and stomatoliths, and we had nice discussions. Beautiful scenery, and possibility to swim 2x. Finally, small beer and fresh fruit for the return. In short it was perfect and I recommend 100%!! Muchas gracias Silvia 🙏

Beautiful private afternoon with sunset - SO delicious sunset tour in ponton boat with lovely swimming stops, chill music and just our little family. Really a great trip for that price. Silvia, who sailed us, was SO nice.

Great experience! - Very pleasant experience. Leo, our guide, is a very friendly and enthusiastic man. His beautiful helper had amazing taste in music, so we were treated with great ambiance. Fun and relaxing spots, with drinks and snacks. What more could you want?

Great way to spend a morning! - The views were amazing. Fiona was a friendly and knowledgeable host. We had plenty of time for swimming and learnt about conservation of the lagoon and history of the area.

Super moment with Silvya - We did a 2h30 pontoon tour with Silvya. Since we already knew something there he took us to different places, with extensive explanations, anecdotes, humor and good music. We had an amazing time. Moments we'll never forget. If we have to do another tour in Bacalar it will be with her. Highly recommended.
