• Saqqara (Sakkara) Pyramids - Begin your tour with a pickup from your Cairo or Giza hotel by a tour guide. Head to the Sakkara Pyramid, situated just 27 km southwest of Cairo. Explore the Step Pyramid, built for King Zoser, which is a significant milestone in the evolution of pyramid construction, transitioning from the simple mastaba to its more recognized form.

• Red Pyramid - Continue to the Dahshur Pyramids, including the Bent and Red Pyramids. The Dahshur area is a royal necropolis in the desert on the West Bank of the Nile, about 40 kilometers (25 miles) south of Cairo. This area is renowned for its ancient pyramids, two of which are among the oldest, largest, and best-preserved in Egypt, dating back to 2613–2589 BCE.

• Memphis and Sakkara - Visit Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt, home to the colossal statue of Ramses II and the magnificent Alabaster Sphinx. This city dates back to 3100 B.C.

• Serapeum - Explore the Serapeum of Saqqara, the ancient burial site for the sacred bulls of the Apis cult at Memphis. These bulls were believed to be incarnations of the god Ptah and were thought to become immortal after death as Osiris-Apis, a name that evolved to Serapis (Σέραπις) in the Hellenistic period and Userhapi (ⲟⲩⲥⲉⲣϩⲁⲡⲓ) in Coptic. The Serapeum is part of the Saqqara necropolis, which also includes other animal catacombs, such as the burial vaults of the mother cows of the Apis.
