Great tour with Gede Susila - We had a wonderful private tour with our great driver Gede susila. He took us from the lobby of our hotel in Nusa Dua and through the way to Tanah Lot he answered all our questions regarding Bali Island and Indonesia. He gave us a lot of information and useful tips for our adventure here on the island. He stopped for a coffee and also drove us to eat fresh seafood. He made us a lot of pictures on the Temple and explained us a lot for the culture and religion of the local people. Thank you Gede for the great day.

Edi Sewa No1 - We crammed so much in, it's hard to remember where we went. I told Edi that I didn't know Bali so left it to him to surprise me, Which he did. Edi is Lovely guy, helpful kind and patient. I can't praise him enough.

Great trip to Ngun Ngun waterfall - My friends and I rented the car with english-speaking driver and it was a really valuable experience! I want to say thank you to our driver Edi! We had a great time! Edi asked me in advanced about our plans and recommended the best way to visit locations. So it was very convenient that driver took us from our villa at the morning and we were able to avoid big traffic jams. And I was so happy that company found me driver so fast. I wrote them at evening (nearly 9pm) and very next day at 9am we have already started our journey. So, thanks to Edi we finally saw the Ngun ngun waterfall, rice terraces and had a great conversation during the all trip. And car was really comfortable. Thank you Edi and Thank you Your Bali Driver for this experience

Our tour guide/driver exceeded all expectation - Our tour guide Kadek was a good driver and very knowledgeable about Hindu culture. He helped us plan our trip and perfectly navigated the rain in wet season. He even brought us umbrellas when it started raining in the temple. He also takes great photos! We can’t be more happy about his service. I would recommend him to any friend.

3 days with Mr Agung in Bali - We had the pleasure of having Mr. Agung as our driver and guide during our recent trip to Bali. As first-time visitors, we were grateful for his attentiveness and genuine care for our safety and comfort. He went out of his way to ensure we felt welcomed and looked after, adapting our itinerary to maximize our experience while keeping it relaxed and enjoyable. Mr. Agung also recommended some wonderful and reasonably priced spots for lunch and dinner, allowing us to enjoy authentic Balinese cuisine at local favorites. His warmth and professionalism truly made our trip memorable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better caretaker during our time here. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bali!

Amazing experience with a great driver. - We had a great experience with our Bali private car. Our driver Gusdey was great and made sure we had an amazing time. He was a very good and safe driver, and also was a great tour guide to the different sites on the island. I would highly recommend Bali private car charters, and especially Gusdey, to those visiting Bali.

Amazing experience with Teddy - The experience has been very good. Our driver was Teddy and he was very charming. He was always available to us and helped us with any questions we had. No doubt if we return to Bali we would want to hire the service with Teddy because he has made the experience wonderful. It was a very good decision to hire you. A day in Central Bali - I booked this experience through the Marriott Bonvoy app. Gusdey (my driver for the day) picked me up from my hotel in Nusa Dua and took me on a cultural experience across the wider central Bali area (Barong dance, coffee plantation, temple, waterfall, rice terrace and central Ubud). I provided Gusdey with a general steer of what I wanted to see and he delivered well. It was a very good but long day.

Mafia practices to get you to take out their insurance. - We rented a car from the 13th of January to the 20th of January. We did it through the cartrawler platform. We also took out a full insurance with AXA. Our surprise was that when we went to take the car the staff of Klass Waben tell us: AXA's insurance doesn't cover everything and they argue that if it's minor damage that there's no personal damage involved AXA wouldn't cover the damage because they always ask for police intervention. tell us that even if we carry AXA insurance we have to leave a 3,400 euro bond and that they can take 90 days to repay. We are also told that it does not cover the car wash and that we have to leave it clean on the outside and inside. They also want to charge us 35 euros to authorize a second driver. tell us that AXA does not have 24 hour service in Romania and that if you have any problems they will not attend you. They tell us that the claims you have the Klass Wagen will collect the damages and that then you claim them from AXA and that they will or will not give it to you according to the claim and part. also that the loss of key did not cover etc.. etc... For all the above we offer the insurance of klass wagen for 275 €... but they give us some discounts if we buy their insurance and are: no need to wash the car the deposit is only 100€ they don't charge us the second driver's authorization I think it's a very clear scam because they take advantage of the fact that you don't know the country and they put everything very black for you to take their insurance... when we had already contracted with AXA, We talked to AXA afterwards and they told us that with the insurance we were carrying, everything was covered and we wouldn't have had any problems. WE THINK IT'S A FULL-FLEDGED SCAM BECAUSE OF THE INTIMIDATION YOU GET WHEN YOU'RE BEING HANDED THE CAR. THEY'RE NOT CLEAR TALKING AND THEY CONFUSE AND HOST YOU.

Rent a car with Doyouitaly, never again. - My friends and I rented a car with Doyouitaly, to pick it up in Bari. We could not catch our flight (overbooking), we were not going to arrive in time to pick up the car in Bari and nobody (NOBODY) gave us either a solution, or an option to be able to solve the problem somehow (or at least try). We lost that money, but we learned something important. I would be ashamed to work in a place where people are left to fend for themselves without helping them at all, when they are not even to blame for what happens to them. I hope you sleep well at night, well no, I hope you don't. GOODBYE.
