Great day out! - Putu and Manile were wonderful hosts. We learned a lot about local cuisine, from the purchasing, to preparation, cooking and eating. Well worth it!

A must do when in Bali. - What a fantastic experience. We were picked up at our villa and brought to the Amala. Our chef Sudarmika (Mika) joined us and then we all went to Jimbaran market. Lots of fish and vegetables and great views out to sea. Returned to the Amala to begin preparing the food and cooking it and then eating it. Mika was so knowledgeable, patient, funny, and has educated us in a small slice of Balinese cooking. We were given the aprons to take home and the menus of the class, now laminated for future cooking! Highly highly recommend this as the food was amazing and getting it together was fun. If you have a few hours free, do this. AMAZING. Thank you Sudarmika and team.

Best cooking class - The views were amazing and the service was truly outstanding. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and really looked after you. The chef was very patient and helpful and all other staff members made you feel very welcomed and cared for.

Amazing cooking experience - My partner booked this cooking experience for my birthday and it was fantastic. We choose the vegetarian dishes and the tastes did not disappoint. Chef Pande and assistant Ayuk were very knowledgeable on the dishes we were preparing. They answered any questions we had and was great to hear them share their stories of Balinese food. Would 100% recommend this cooking class to anyone visiting Bali

Balinese Cooking class - Chef was kadek and assistant chef was ari, amazing team funny and well mannered the resort itself is an amazing place to set foot in. Food was amazing and a great atmosphere to match. We even got certificates!

Cook class - I had the pleasure of attending a cooking class with Chef Pande and Manik, and it was a truly unforgettable experience! Both chefs are not only incredibly skilled but also passionate about sharing their knowledge. Chef Pande’s attention to detail and technique, combined with Manik’s warmth and enthusiasm, made the class both educational and fun. They guided us through every step, from selecting fresh ingredients to perfecting our dishes, all while creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere combined with Ashley jockes . Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced cook, I highly recommend this cooking school for an authentic and hands-on culinary adventure!

Mind-blowing and Salivating Experience - It was a very memorable and enjoyable experience. We come from both Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬 and Australia so combined our delicacies with Balinese flavors to make tasty dishes 😋 Chef Putu and assistant chef Arid were so patient, knowledgeable and helpful during the cooking class. We highly recommend this cooking class to anyone for a truly authentic Balinese experience.

It was wonderful getting to understand Balinese cooking. Chef was very helpful in explaining how to prepare the food. - We were greeted with a lovely welcome drink as we sat in the beautiful surroundings. Then we introduced ourselves to our fellow participants and enjoyed the day!

A great experience - Had a great experience. They even organised to pick us up from our accommodation in a Nusa Dua by our chef and taken to the seafood markets where we purchased some of the ingredients that we would use in our cooking. Taking place in the Amala Resort in Seminyak ( about 40 minutes from Nusa Dua) it was only the two of us so it was a very hands -on experience. Chef Putu was fantastic and made the experience a lot of fun. Obviously very knowledgeable, he had us chopping and dicing like professionals. We cooked a beautiful seafood soup, followed by sate chicken sticks and deep fried bananas for dessert. He also cooked a beautiful piece of fish that we’d purchased from the markets AND some deep fried tofu balls. We could not eat all the food. I would highly recommend this tour and if you are lucky enough to get Chef Putu, you will enjoy it even more,

Bali Cooking Class - A lovely cooking class in a tranquil setting. A three course meal is prepared and then eaten in the hotels lovely restaurant. The chef was very knowledgeable.
