Surfs up in Bali - Private 1:1 instruction, so helpful and patient. Great wave riding area. Breaks part way through the lesson. Highly recommend!!

The best beginner surfing lesson I could think of - Best beginner surfing lesson ever! The price is super low compared to other surfing courses in Viator, yet it didn’t show in any way. Granted, I was lucky to have a 2h lesson with only 1 person besides me. This meant that I practically had a private tutoring. My coach, Adios, was amazing, patient and encouraging. He was really committed to us actually learning the basics properly and getting our first moments of success with the waves. What’s more, a private photographer is included in the price, which to my knowledge is something that a lot of other courses don’t provide. I really can’t recommend this lesson enough! 10/10!

Extremely good fun and great value - 4 of us did a group beginners session today. Absolutely loved it. The whole session was very organised and streamlined. The teachers were so professional and attentive. Their instructions were clear and easy to put into practice. Everyone felt totally safe in their care. Value for money was brilliant. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

Very fun wave catching experience! - Paul was very welcoming and ensured we got boards and rashes in a prompt manner. Our instructor was very friendly and was very nice to chat with between waves. I would definitely recommend the experience to a friend

Highly recommend! - Had an amazing time learning to surf during my two lessons. Photos of my lesson were sent to me afterwards so I could keep those memories. My instructor taught me how to catch my own waves while also assisting me in catching a few. The owner of the company even gave me specific advice on how I could improve based on the photos that were taken! If you have the chance and want to give surfing a fair shot, I would even suggest to sign up for multiple days in a row.

Great experience - Good facilities and nice instructor. Locker, shower, shirt etc was all available. I was not great at surfing but still nice experience!

Amazing experience !! Highly reccomended!! - We absolutely LOVED this experience ! We did the 2 hour beginner lesson and had so much fun. The instructor was brilliant and made us feel so safe he was very informative. Really well organised so easy and a quick start. Would recommend this to anyone.

Introduction to surfing with the best - It has been an amazing experience!!! My husband and I had never surfed and we wanted to start in Bali, it was a great success to go to up2u surf school. They are super attentive, you have a monitor focused solely on you who quickly explains the theoretical part to you and then is with you in the water all the time. They also make a report of spectacular photos. We would definitely repeat if we came again. Special mention to our monitor Erickson, a crack! Thanks for everything!

Awful experience - My surf teacher Primak was awful. He was just pushing me towards the wave and didn't even check how I went, if I need help or didn't give me any indication of how I should do it get better. Only the number of tourists count, make money fast, no customer satisfaction. I would rather recommend a private surf teacher from the Kuta beach, which they were plenty. Would have been cheaper and I would have enjoyed a private surf lesson. Totally do not recommend!
