• In some cases, the confirmation may include additional information like the driver’s name, contact details, and the vehicle’s license plate number.

Pick-up:

• On the scheduled day and time, the driver arrives at the specified pick-up location.
• The driver may send a notification to the customer to inform them of their arrival or wait for the customer to approach the vehicle.

Drop-off:

• Upon reaching the destination, the driver stops the vehicle at the designated drop-off point.
• The driver provides the customer with the final fare details, including any additional charges incurred during the trip.

Post-service:

• After the drop-off, the customer may have the option to rate and provide feedback on the service.
• The driver may also rate the customer based on their behavior during the trip.
