Would absolutely recommend booking a personal driver with these guys! - I cannot thank Ketut Arsana enough for driving us around all day, being patient and extremely professional. Not only was he our driver, but he kindly offered to take photos of us and gave us so much information about Bali (more so than paid tour guides). Thank you once again, we really appreciate your incredible Balinese hospitality and service!

Great driver as a local with a lot of knowledge and very friendly - 10 hours on the road with Debobo and he did everything with us and drove us everywhere with some additional information. Very friendly, even to the child.

Zen and efficient driver - Made us fantastic. He is calm. On time. Caring. Wonderful and calm driving (but fast)..so very much appreciated. He is straight and honest. Super important for me too.

Definitely book this service!! - Wayan was our private driver. He was very accommodating, we weren’t locked into a pre organised itinerary instead we decided what we wanted to do on the go and Wayan was super helpful. He helped us take memorable photos and also ensure our comfort. I highly recommend.

Flexible and personalized tours with a patient and accomodating driver - I recommend this service for those who want to customize their tours especially their daily tours. They accomodate even a small number of people and it works very well for me and my mom. We also have a few requests (since we either want to exclude some tourists sites or minimize the activities in other sites) and our driver, Wayan, was kind and accomodating enough to our requests. It was also raining during our trip and had to face traffic jam in our way home but Wayan was patient and helped us through the tour until our hotel. For private personalized tours with patient and accomodating driver, I really suggest this service! Thank you so much again.

Agung Wah best driver in Bali! - Agung Wah is the best driver in the whole of Bali! He is always on time and his English is amazing. He responds quickly and is amazing with Kids. I highly recommend him for anyone coming to Bali and wanting reliable transport. Thankyou so much Wah for taking care of my family and making our holiday so enjoyable ☺️

Not a great experience - Driver was 35 minutes late due to road accident. Was notified only after being late. Driver showed up wearing a stained T shirt and shorts. Drivers English was hard to understand. When asked why is Monkey Forest so famous, he got upset and asked why we wanted to go repeatedly. Then said he was not a guide, not his job to answer questions. If we wanted a guide, we should have pay more. Driving was iratic, often in the middle of 2 lanes. Had to swerve into other lane to avoid hitting car in front. The company Rio did add a free hour to compensate for being late. We asked to stop at a supermarket on the way back to hotel, but was taken to Bali Collection where there is only a high end gift shop with some snacks and drinks. Maybe he did not understand what a super market is. It really could have been much better. Be warned, traffic to/from Ubud is insane. Of the 8 hours we had the car, we spent 4 in the car.
