• Handara Iconic Gate - Next, a 1-hour drive will take you to the Handara Gate, located in the Handara Golf and Resort Bali in north Bali. This iconic gate, adorned with traditional Balinese carvings, connects Bedugul and Singaraja Buleleng. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and mountains, it has stood for 22 years. It’s a must-visit for Instagram enthusiasts. You’ll spend 1 hour here.
• Ulun Danu Bratan Temple - A 30-minute drive brings you to Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, dedicated to the lake goddess Ida Batari Dewi Ulun Danu. Located on the edge of a large crater, the temple features pagodas dedicated to the lake goddess and the gods of Mount Batur and Mount Gunung Agung. Built in the 17th century, it honors the Hindu trinity Brahma-Vishnu-Shiva and Dewi Danu. You’ll spend 30 minutes here.
• Bali Botanical Garden - Another 30-minute drive takes you to the Botanical Garden, also known as Bedugul Botanical Garden. Situated in the mountainous Bedugul region at an altitude of 1250-1450 meters, the garden spans 157.5 hectares. The “Eka Karya” Botanical Garden is a unique blend of plant research, conservation, education, and recreation. You’ll spend 90 minutes here.
• Bedugul Market - The final stop is Bedugul Market, a 30-minute drive away. At Candi Kuning Traditional Market, you’ll find stalls selling fresh produce, steamed corn, peanuts, local snacks, and more. You’ll spend 1.5 hours here before heading back to the hotel, a 2-hour drive.
