A great experience! - Rai was the best listening to what I needed, using excellent products and creating a great ponderous experience. It was a beautiful atmosphere with the total treatment happening in this one room.

Treat yourself - Relaxing and worth the price! Pamper yourself and enjoy. Yanti hit all the spots, removed the knots, and gave me the much needed relaxation therapy.

Pure bliss - Beautiful experience! Great value for money. The therapist was well trained. Hygiene standards were excellent and the spa itself was really beautiful.

Most relaxing experience.. - We had taken the 4 hour pampering spa at LLUVIA Spa. It was more than pampering for us. The therapists were very good and the whole process was utter relaxing.. highly recommended but only at the end of the trip..

Blissed out - We found ourselves with time to kill between hotel check out and flight check in so my partner and I opted fora 4 hr spa treatment. Red Wine body body scrub & massage, reflexology foot massage, facial and flour bath. All the treatments were skilled and relaxing but the foot massage was the best I had ever experienced. Pick up and return transport a huge bonus

Satisfying - I left the booking of this 4-hour session for the last day of the trip so that my tired feet would benefit from it and it delivered. I would have appreciated a bit of time to change perhaps in a change room without feeling rushed. The petal bath in reality had fewer petals than in the advert.

Everything was good except my massage therapist! She touched my sensitive part without asking first! - Pros: There was a pick up/drop off service from our hotel and the spa centre/the other way round. The staff at the reception was polite and friendly. She gave us a form (with a diagram showing a human body) to fill out to indicate our preferences for massage and which areas we would like the therapists to avoid or focus on, which was good. The forms were brought into our room for reference. It was a couple room where my hubby and I could be massaged together. A 5-star rating is for my hubby's massage therapist cos she was intelligent, polite and friendly with good massage skills. My hubby had crossed out the neck part in the diagram, which means he didn't want his neck to be massaged. His therapist was intelligent and polite enough to ask him beforehand, "so you don't want me to massage your neck, right?"
Cons: In contrast, my massage therapist, Yanti, was not as good as my hubby's therapist. She used a towel to cover my eyes in the middle of massage. Then I removed it right away and asked her why. She said, "It's used to cover your eyes". Of course I knew the towel was used to cover my eyes but I just didn't like it so that I removed it again. But Yanti was not sensitive enough to understand what I meant. So she covered my eyes with the towel AGAIN! Then I removed it again! Yet, she STILL DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY I KEPT ON REMOVING THE TOWEL FROM MY EYES so that she asked my hubby's therapist how to deal with me! OMG! She desperately needs to be trained up!! Luckily my hubby's therapist was intelligent enough to understand why I removed the towel. So she told Yanti, "I think your client doesn't want to cover her eyes with the towel".
What's even worse, Yanti suddenly removed the towel on my CHEST and then RUBBED MY CHEST with scrubs without asking me first! I was so shocked cos I wondered whether or not she had read the form that I had filled out? I had crossed out the chest parts in the diagram cos I didn't want my massage therapist to touch my chest, given that it's a sensitive area. When Yanti rubbed my chest, I told her off cos what she did was inappropriate! Then she asked me," oh,so you don't want the chest massage?" I was so angry and told her off, "NO! I had crossed out the chest parts in the diagram! Please read the form again!"
What's the point of filling out the form if the massage therapist doesn't read it or follow the instructions given?
I would say, any real massage therapists should be sensible enough to know the boundaries. They should understand the sanctity of the relation between the client and the therapist.Although, there are some cases where a client asks for some specific areas to be treated. In that case, a therapist may proceed to work on those areas but if that is with the consent of the client, I won't call it inappropriate.
