Great experience! - Our driver and guide Mangkok was excellent. He gave us plenty of local insights and took wonderful care of us. Seafood dinner by the beach was amazing. Food was delicious and service was great. Great tour, totally worth the views of the cliff. Highly recommend it!!

Great experience - Martha who was our guide was excellent. He did anything that would benefit us during our tour. The Kecak Fire Dance is a must see and the temple is amazing. Thanks again to Martha who was fantastic

didnt quite get it - as there was no itinary with this trip I misunderstood what I was visiting. Driver great and punctual. The advertising said no lunch/dinner in price so was aware of that. We asked the driver to stop on route as we needed food, that was ok. He informed us that we were going to Panang Panang beach. There was no mention of steep stairs down to the beach . My friend had bad knees so was a struggle to get down plus wild monkeys trying to steal your bags/glasses etc. The beach was small but lovely and packed by people and traders> You could not enjoy your sunbathe as you kept getting bothered by people trying to sell you things. the temple with the dancing was great but then we spent an hour to get to Jimbaran for dinner so was after 8pm. Seafood banquet was in choice great but all fish well overcooked which was such a shame especially as was $150 for a couple. Very dissapointed with the selection of the tour

DO NOT BOOK THIS TRIP - IT IS A RIP OFF - This was a disaster. It was nothing like what was offered. The driver spoke very little English and supplied no water all day despite being in the car for nearly 5hours!! The driver took us straight to the temple and expected us to wait from 2:20 while he waited for the ticket Office for the dance tickets to open at 4:00. After we complained that he had missed the first stop at ‘a beautiful scenic beach’ he took us to a small cove that was less than scenic and barely had space to lay our towels. Then he informed by text that he had been unable to get any tickets for the performance. Because of a previous review we pushed him on details of the meal- he would not tell us the name of the restaurant but eventually said that the meal would cost between 700K rupiah and 1.2 million rupiah each!!!!! A decent meal in our 5* hotel Costs around 150K rupiah each. We refused this option as by then it was too late for our original reservation and we were not prepared to pay such a ridiculous amount. He offered no other option for food. Despite contacting Viator whilst we were out they are unwilling to provide a refund and the contact from the company is refusing contact
