Options include fettuccine or potato gnocchi with a delectable sauce, eggplant parmigiana, and for dessert, tiramisu or almond biscuits. We cater to vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and other dietary needs. All of this will take place in a serene, joyful, and good-humored atmosphere.

Potatos gnocchi or Fettuccine - We will prepare fresh pasta, or potato gnocchi or fettuccine with sauces using only seasonal products.

Caponata or eggplants parmigiana - We will prepare the caponata or the delicious eggplants parmigiana with lots of cheese and tomato sauce.
- It is an excellent experience for families because the children will be involved in all phases of preparing the recipes. Children love kneading and cooking
- My kitchen is open to anyone who wants to experience and immerse themselves in the Sicilian culinary culture rich in contaminations of the various peoples who have lived there. I will explain the dishes you will cook and tell you their history and origin.
