Amazing food, wine and host - What an amazing experience! Francesca is such a lovely lady and had amazing meals planned to cook. All the food was wonderful and we had such a fun time talking to her about Sicily and cooking. 10/10 would recommend this if you’re in Palermo.

Could not have asked for a better experience! - Our host/chef was excellent . Francesca was so welcoming and kind. It felt like friends meeting for dinner. We laughed and learned . An evening well spent!

Exceptional way to spend a rainy afternoon - This was an outstanding moment in our trip! We were supposed to go hiking on the day and unfortunately, due to weather, we had to cancel. So we were trying to find something to do instead that was indoors. We were very pleased that this happened to be available on the same day for a last-minute booking. When we turned out, we instantly felt taken care of by Francesca and her kitchen genuinely felt like a warm cosy heart. The dishes we made was super simple and achievable meaning we know we can take those recipes home with us and replicate them so I loved that personability to it. And then on a personal note just really enjoyed Francesca‘s warmth and humor and accommodation. Some of the guests that were in our group had mentioned very last minute that they were vegan, and she quickly whipped up an alternative to make sure that everybody felt welcomed and included. Absolutely loved it and the food was delicious. Thank you so much, Francesca. We will definitely come back next time we’re in town.

Great experience! - Francesca is a nice warm person who gave us many good tips for cooking and was a great conversation partner. The food and wine were very delicious and the kitchen well equipped. As a farewell, we were allowed to pick a lemon from Francesca's tree. Gladly again and again, it was great!

Wonderful experience! - One of the best experiences Palermo has to offer! Such a wonderful host, with great charm, made the cooking experience fun and easy to do! Delicious recipes that are easy to do back home. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area, thank you Francesca!

Delicious and fun night learning about palermo and how to make fresh pasta and - Francesca was absolutely lovely and informative. She walked us through making pasta and tiramisu and the result was delicious. We had rented a car for our trip so driving out to the class was very easy. She has a garden and we used fresh produce from it, in particular egg plant. She also makes her own homemade olive oil from her olive tree that was a tasty addition to the night.

Best class ever! - Amazing experience!!! The class was very well guided. We were lucky and got to learn 3 types of pasta and 2 different sauces! The tiramisu was the best ever and now we will be able to make pasta for friends and family because her instructions are super easy to follow! We will surely be back next time we’re in Palermo (we still have more of Sicily to discover) because we want to learn how to make canoli with Francesca!!

A cooking class like you dream of - We had a wonderful evening with Francesca. She was a very good hostess, took a lot of time and explained everything well. Francesca had prepared the evening with selected and fresh ingredients and has responded perfectly to our wishes. The conversations were pleasant and the evening very entertaining. All in all, we can fully recommend the cooking class. We will recook the delicious dishes in our own kitchen:)
