Great day! - I went on a solo trip and had a great day here. The staff were really supportive and helpful. They were able to adapt when the weather changed and made it a great experience. I did the snorkeling but diving is also offered. Great opportunity to see some sharks (safely)!

Anyone say jumping off a double tier boat? - It was super crowded but the staff made it fun. The staff were super friendly and easy to talk to. After some snorkeling they even let us do some boat jumping and that was super fun!

This company is awesome - We booked this through our cruise line RC this company was very professional fun safe and was so friendly we really enjoyed our crew and the places they took us but we recommend you book through just this company so you can do more because RC puts restrictions on what they can take cruise guest to see and do so definitely recommend booking through this company directly but they where amazing and we definitely plan to come back and get the full experience

Awesome experience!! Recommend to all! - We had the best experience doing the snorkel excursion with Stuart Cove. The shuttle picked us up right outside our hotel however they were late by over 30 minutes. Don’t leave your designated pick up spot even if the shuttle is late, they will come! You can call the on island # on the website which will connect you directly to the property (not the toll free number). The excursion itself was awesome! We had the best crew especially Shannon who took some peoples cameras to get great deeper footage. The shark observation itself was so incredible to see. Our crew took us to three different locations (one with underwater sculptures, rays and fish, the shark observation and a reef) and the overall trip was about 3 hours. If you’re an experienced snorkeler this may not be the most exciting experience for you but we have only been a handful of times and thought it was great. We didn’t know this but you can bring whatever drinks you’d like on board. The shuttle does bring you back to your hotel which can be a little hectic because multiple excursions conclude at once leaving many people needing transportation home however they have several buses running and it didn’t take long. There’s a little bar with food and drinks to get as you wait. Overall exceeded expectations and definitely recommend doing!

Great place for safe, fun, and shark viewing dives! - Did my final certification and certified dives at Stuart's Cove! Marion was our instructor and she was a dream. Really great support and great vibes. Felt safe and learned all the essential skills to help me feel safe going down into the ocean!

Would not recommend. Did not get what we paid for, and no refund either. - I booked this tour for myself and my wife based on stellar reviews. We were very excited for the snorkeling trip! The shuttle was about 20 mins late to pick us up, but that wasn't a problem. We arrived at the marina, signed some forms, met the very friendly boat crew, and we were off! The weather was a bit cloudy but still fine for snorkeling. We took about an hour to get to the first snorkeling spot, everyone got in, saw some fish, it was lovely. The second spot we went to was barely five minutes away and only a few people got in. After that, our boat captain apparently decided we were all done? So we only got about 30-60 mins of snorkeling out of the 3 hours promised before we returned to the marina. I contacted Viator for a refund and was basically told tour lengths are at the discretion of the crew, purportedly for safety reasons. Which I understand, but the weather was fine and we did not return early due to safety reasons. Super disappointed in both Stuart Cove and Viator for this experience. Would not recommend.

Used to be good. Now it’s not worth the time or money. - Not worth the money. The corals are dead, there’s very few fish. The shark viewing is apparently “optional” weather permitting. Weather was fine but the morning boat ran late (cruise ship) and so we left the dock almost an hour late and they cut out the third shark feeding site. Very disappointing. Honestly it’s a lot of time, distance and money to see dead corals and very few fish. I hate to say it but you’d see more at an artificial reef or snorkel excursion at atlantis. I certified scuba at Stuart’s Cove 10 years ago and had an amazing experience then. Sadly this place has gone downhill both in service and experience. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
