Do NOT Skip this Excursion - Right from the moment of booking to the end of the tour everyone involved was incredibly helpful and friendly. When we were looking at pricing prior to arriving we had a hard time stomaching the $400USD pp for this adventure and were hoping to catch a better deal when we arrived. We met with the hotel excursion guide and were sold the same price as we saw online prior. It was worth every dollar! There was no secret sales throughout the day - we could take our own pictures - lunch was included, drinks on the speed boat on the captains tab. There were times we climbed a ladder into the water and other times we just hopped off the side of the boat to swim with the pigs (10/10 would recommend) - lunch was from a local cafe called Lorraine’s - delicious - buffet style. As this is an all day adventure you need to keep your days a little open as we were booked for Friday but got the call Tuesday we were going Wednesday as the weather wasn’t going to be favourable. The crew kept us out of the stormy/rainy weather and were so attentive and fun. We saw Iguanas, Pigs, Nurse Sharks and Sting Rays. Our final stop after lunch was going to be a beach and our group was so exhausted we were ready to return to the resort however the beach was a STUNNING sandbar - it was very much the cherry on top. If you are going to do ANY excursion - do not skip this! You are barefoot as soon as you get on the boat as to keep the sand out of your eyes when travelling fast on the boat - bring a coverup ladies and a shirt for the men. For kiddos and those who may chill easily, pack something to keep you a little warm on the boat as you are wet sometimes returning to travelling. You can bring a small bag to keep your stuff and it’s safe on the boat - someone from the crew is always there. The boats hold about 16 guests and that’s who you are with for the day. Do this trip. Don’t miss this - don’t say ah, next time. Captain Keith and Crew - we love you! Thank you thank you thank you!

A great day out. Enjoyed every minute. - We really enjoyed our tour, hitting up the iguanas, nurse sharks and the swimming pigs! Lunch at Lorraine’s was very tasty and don’t be shy about getting a cocktail there. The boat crew were fab and the whole experience with BornFree team was excellent!

A must do tour!! - From start to end, this was a fabulous day! Super fast boats, great crew and fun stops show you the best of Exuma Cays. This is a non-stop, fast paced tour but the state of the art speedboats accompanied by music playing throughout means that the journey time passes quickly. There are numerous stops throughout the day - see and feed the pink iguanas at Allen Cay, snorkel an underwater plane wreck, swim with nurse sharks, enjoy a local lunch, marvel at a beautiful sand bar surrounded by crystal clear bue water, and of course, the top attraction - experience the swimming pigs of Big Major's Cay!! My husband and I own a tour company in Belize and are not always impressed by tours! This was hand-down, one of the most professional and well organised tours we've been on anywhere in the world! A fun packed, high-energy day suitable for all the family.

Great trip - Our 6 hour trip was canceled because of weather but no bad weather was forecasted which was odd but I do understand if a chatter doesn't sell out they do cancel them. Besides that trip was excellent and this chatter does have thr better boats....you pay for what you get.

Awesome - This tour was fantastic, and my favorite moment was when I got to interact with the nurse sharks and pigs. Lorraine's cafe and High Tide's had a good atmosphere, and they served a delicious buffet meal. I highly recommend booking this tour when you visit the Bahamas.

Must do excursion. Born free are the best - Excellent excursion, is a must do in Bahamas. They are super professional guides, everything was amazing. They cover a lot of keys and attractions. Ideal to meet exumas and other small cays nearby. Lunch was also great at Lorraines Cafe *****

Waste of Money - This trip was NOT worth the money… the boat was full, which in my opinion was too many because the people on the back row hands down have the worst seat! I was asked to move and it literally destroy my experience.. although they tell you upfront it is a speed boat, the boat goes so fast with the wind blowing so hard on your face, the trip is not even enjoyable. They rushed thru all the excursions only giving about 10-20 min… I would rather them go at a slower speed, skip the excursions for an actual relaxing day sail rather than the microwaved experience we got. I was allowed to switch seats on the second half of the trip, but for all the money I paid, the whole trip should have been enjoyable. This trip was only designed for young people… don’t waste your money

Not worth it. - Unfortunately the trip wasn’t worth the money it costed us. In the beginning it seemed very good- nice lady at the check-in, beautiful boat and polite crew members. Unfortunately that is it for the pros. The trip was fully in hurry, we barely were able to take some pictures and they were already calling us back to the boat- no time to enjoy. I get that there is a schedule and the boat ride takes most of it but it’s hard to enjoy when the longest stop was for 20 minutes. The sharks experience was the biggest disappointed- no respect to the nature. I was aware that they will feed them to attract them, but carrying sharks in your hands for tourist amusement is simply bad. People, including children were taking these poor animals above water and forcefully holding them to snap a nice pic. The experience was no longer than 15 minutes so if you weren’t happy to participate in the animal cruelty part there was no chance to take a nice picture with sharks just swimming around since they were hold in place by others. The lunch was also very limited and tasteless considering the trip price. We were the only boat that did the tour yesterday and I thought that it was caused by the low season, but the weather suggested otherwise. On our last stop where we were supposed to enjoy the beach the black clouds surrounded us very quickly. We weren’t there even for ten minutes when they started calling us back in hurry. The captain told us that the weather is very bad, but we will make it safe back. It was the worst boat ride I’ve ever experienced. The rain vs the boat speed was simply painful and it lasted about 45 minutes. I still got marks on my body because of it. Yes, we signed the liability waver before the trip but it doesn’t mean that they don’t have to check the weather and jeopardize our safety because of this. I was on the trip with my friend and a day later we woke up very sick, barely were able to sleep the night. So it ruined our holiday in the long run. I know that weather on the island might be unpredictable, but if so they should either be prepared with some coverage for people or at least advise to bring there own.
